I have made the following food choices and food diversions so that I can increase my folate, minerals, iron, calcium, meat, grains, dairy, protein,unsaturated fats, energy, fruits and vegetable intake. I have also made the following food choices and food diversions so that I can help the development of vigorous and healthy bones and teeth by ensuring high calcium, increase my blood and iron levels, replace blood, reduce possibilities of life diseases, health risks and fatality and increase protein for my development and flourishing body.
