In the lives of many, our familes are our first friends, and usually the initial place we learn to develop everlasting bonds. My family has influenced my behavioral characteristics, habits, and contribute to where I am today. Family is important to me because of the countless demonstrations of unwaivering support they offer me whether it’s during happy, sad, or challenging times. Typically, my family is the first to understand my feelings and serve as my greatest support system. My children mean the world to me and any choice I make in life is normally surrounded by them. I have learned the importance of considering how choices in life directly affect those that are closes to you through the relationships I have with my family. My family has taught me the importance of others. Integrity Intergrity is important to me beacuase it keeps a person grounded. When you live a life filled with integrity, you develop the habits of great leardership and practice honesty. Integrity keeps people from questioning their choices in life and live with a clear conscious. People value you as a person when you demonstrate the charachteristice of someone with high morals. Those of integrity make great leaders and role models; their work is unquestionable. Just as with any other assessment, I tested during a time when I knew few my family would be away from home. At one point I felt cold, so I adjusted the temputure in my home office so that I could switch my focus back to the assessment verse my body tempature! While taking the assessments, did you think about how your response to a specific statement would affect the final result? Did it cause you to change your response? (Note: This happens and will not be counted against you.) When taking the assessment, I did not change my responses. There were a couple reasons for this, one being, I didn’t believe that a wrong answer or two could determine my interest. If the the assessment really evaluates the personal as a whole to get the results one or two questionable answers shouldn’t make the findings faulty. My second reason for not changing answers was, overall, I viewed this as an familiarization assignment. I considered this an hands on training of istruments I would use when career counseling students.
