Jack Aaron Hotchner didn't have the most talk able childhood. Born in 1984 to Aaron and Haley Hotchner. Jack was the pride and joy of the Hotchner family. Doted on by many. He was his fathers mini me as Aaron called him behind closed doors. Jack admired his father, he loved that his father was out there protecting people. Jack was only 4 years old when he went through the biggest shock of his life. His father lying in a hospital bed after he had gotten attacked by George Foyet. It was something that scared Jack. Placed along with his mother in witness protection they went into hiding in case Foyet came back. Which he did, but this time he came back with a vengeance. Killing Haley, Jack was hiding in a chest of towels like he had once done before. He called it "Working The Case." After Haley died, Aaron sold the home they lived in, of course he hadn't lived there in a while. Aaron and Haley had been in the middle of a divorce, she couldn't handle him working the cases that he worked. …show more content…
Jack was 5 at the time of Haley's actual death. Moving into the apartment that Aaron was living in things started getting better. Aaron was home more often of course he'd have to leave and miss some events in his son's life being the team leader. When Aaron was gone Jack would stay with his Aunt Jessica, Haley's sister who loved having him around. As Jack grew up he became irritated that his father wasn't around as much as he had once promised. But Jack admired Aaron no matter what. During high school Jack became what some would call a Jock, but was still serious about his studies. He loved learning, his team mates during football would call him a nerd, but it was him that always passed. It was him that was always caught up with school work. It was him that was going to Georgetown on a full ride because his SAT scores were that good. During his second year at Georgetown, Jack got the chance to help a girl he had watched grow up from a distance. Jack was 5 years older than Calyx and didn't hang around people younger than him. Calyx was different than any girl he had ever met. She was stubborn, sassy, had a new personality one that he couldn't deal with. He fell in love with her. Though Jack knew that he couldn't act on his feelings, even if Calyx felt the same. It was wrong in his eyes. He tried dating women his own age, but he couldn't deny that she was his soul-mate. Shortly after Calyx's 17th birthday, they acted on their feelings. He was 22 years old, but he didn't care. He loved her as odd as it was. He showed that when you love someone do everything that it takes to show them. Agreeing with her decision to wait, Jack did everything to win her over, but he didn't have to work that had. Calyx had loved him since the moment she saw him again when she was 15 years old. As they continued to date in secret it was ___(IR) that found out that they where together. She had threatened to expose them to Calyxes father Derek, but she backed out seeing them happy. Jack was grateful for __(IR) it was her that had helped him get the nerve to ask Calyx to marry him, but he didn't ask her. She asked him right after her high school graduation. It was that night that they slept together both were drunk when they got married and their first time. Both waking up the next morning, Jack could remember most of it, but he could see that Calyx couldn't. It scared him just as much as her. 6 weeks later even though he didn't want it, Jack agreed to the annulment and they went back to just dating. He was about to start the academy and he knew that he couldn't keep her from going off to college.
Jack wanted her to experience what he had. He hated it was so far away. When Calyx left for college they made promises to each other to stay together. And, they tried even after Calyx found out she was pregnant. He had just started at the BAU and he moved there to be with her while still traveling with the team. He wanted to be there for her, when she miscarried, he could read her better than anyone. She pulled away, she blamed herself and he hated it. He loved her, but he couldn't take it anymore including after months of him trying to get her to open up. He moved back to DC and pushed himself into his work just like he father had done after his mother had been killed. 2 years passed since Jack had spoken or seen the love of his life, when he met CA who was a new recruit coming into the BAU. She was different and he liked that. He could relate to her and she was there to help him
deal. When Calyx came back into Jack's life right after her college graduation, Jack went to support her like he had promised her would. Seeing her again was hard, but he had moved on. He was in a serious relationship and knew that Calyx had started seeing someone else, but he didn't know how it ended and he didn't want to know. He was happy. Going back to DC he helped Calyx move back without a problem except it was hard to be around her and not want to yell. He loved her had always loved her, but he also love CA which made for a bad timing. Jack stuck with his feelings and stayed with CA, even asked her to marry him. When she said yes, he was excited that she wanted him. 7 months into the engagement, CA realized that Jack was still in love with Calyx and ended the engagement and asking for a transfer where she went to work in Paris under Calyx's mother Emily Prentiss.
By finding the qualities in each other that make them comfortable, like “Jack’s forthrightness”, they have pushed through the tough and awkward moments and enjoyed the good moments. Harmon highlights Jack not wanting a kiss to show that love can be achieved in ways that are
too much for one's own good. And Jack's past hurt him, so Jack ran from his past,
One of the things that changes Jack was his hatred and drives him to the point where he was willing to kill. In the beginning he was a choir boy who knew nothing much, but his hatred grew when he was not elected leader. In the book it quote “And you shut up! Who are you anyway? Sitting here telling people what to do. You can’t hunt, you can’t sing-” (91). This quote shows that Jack had
The first major event in Jack's life that greatly affected him as a human being was his parent's divorce, which led to his father leaving when Jack was only six years old. Jack's mother explained to him that his father wasn't dead but that he might think of him as dead, and that the reason he left was because he didn't love her anymore, an answer that is not quite the truth, as Jack will discover later on. Six-year-old Jack's answer to this is simple - "I love you Mother.
When Jack thought that his past actions defined him he tried to leave Libby. Their relationship had only been getting stronger and he simply turned his head from her at one point, “If you walk away [Jack] don’t come back. You don’t get to do that and come back” (175). Even though Libby said she wouldn’t let him back into her life she still did, because she knew love had a grip on her heart and that it meant much more to her than holding a grudge. As time progresses Jack is still insecure about his and Libby’s relationship and can’t imagine that she actually cares about him, “You deserve to be seen” (225). Jack says this to Libby because he doesn’t want her weight to define her. He believes that her personality should be what people remember her for. Not her weight. Jack is worried that he can’t provide the security, love, and trust that most people, including Libby desire. He learns though that not only do your looks not define you, neither does your
The death of Willie Starks and the circumstances force Jack to rethink the way he thinks. He rethinks a belief that no one can ever be responsible for the evil actions of another individual over time. In a way Jack feels responsible for Willie’s death. Jack eventually marries Anne Stanton and he feels orthodox about his decision to marry her. Jack restarts his long lost hobby of working on a book about Cass Mastern.
Jack went on asking why Babette needed this drug and what it’s purpose was. He
The whole entire story could've had an entire different outcome if Jack didn’t have so many personality blemishes. Jack seems like he has something wrong with him as far as handling his emotions go. He is always very mean to Piggy and was the first to thirst for blood.

This article is about a 17 year old prisoner known as John Doe 1 who was raped repeatedly while servicing time in a correctional facility in Ionia, Michigan. John Doe’s story is heartbreaking read as he discussed his years of experience being raped, the lack of protection from the correctional system, within prisons, and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (“PREA”), which failed to be properly enforced. Before John’s life in prison, he had a rough childhood. His mother tried to kill him at the age of four (4) by leaving him in their apartment then setting the building on fire. John’s mother was sent to prison and he was forced to go live with his grandparents. His grandmother did not want him but took care of John because that was her daughter’s
At the end of the story, Jack realizes that blending in with society is not ideal. He regrets the past decade that was full of loss and regret when it could've been full of trust and love. People may be tempted to make unwise decisions to blend in with society. But think about it: the world is like a crowded marketplace. If you don’t stand out, you are invisible. Unique qualities define your identity. Without them, you are not yourself. At least on Qingming, the mother’s poor spirit can rest easy, knowing her son is with her in heart, but that can never make up for the years of hurt and betrayal directed at
My very first memory that I can recall is from our old house which isn't there anymore Jacob Donner's family built a new one right where it is to be. I can remember running around with my mom's old dog sugar witch was old so i'm sure she was always annoyed with me playing with her but I would dress up as a cowboy and there was an old John Wayne movie where he had a dog that followed him everywhere he went and did what he told him to and I would pretend that was us and we would pretend we were in a fight with Indians or bandits and I used my old cap gun to fight them off. I spent most of my time downstairs and can't even remember what the upstairs looked like the only two rooms I can remember is the kitchen and the living

Jack’s data is very important because in some way the sake of the world is in his hands. Despite the fact that his son is in the North, Jack wants the president to only help the people in the South. Jack had to decide whether or not military troops should risk their lives going to the North in the deadly storm to try to save people or play it safe by just saving the people in the South. This is an important decision because the lives of people throughout the country and the world are at risk.
At the age of fifteen, he was referred to special education and the referred stated that Jack often came to class in “crisis mode,” meaning that he paced back and forth and was clearly in distress.
