Captain, Sometimes tomorrow at your convenience, I would like to give you an update of our TRA to keep you abreast. For now, I will give you a short-brief of how Day 1 and Day 2 went for us. 16 January (Day 1) - Covered the following: Administration, publications, records, and supply review. Comments: Overall Day 1 went well with minor administrative error that was corrected the same day. Not a show stopper. 17 January (Day 2) - Covered the following: Torpedo breakout, banding and Presetting. Comments: G-2 did not follow the Lead Inspector guidance going into Day 2 when he told G-2 that the inspection will start with the MK-54 Torp in the container then they had to break out the MK-54 Torp out of the container and place on the Torpedo …show more content…
Not performing these steps would have probably given them a failing grade. Therefore, I stopped the assessment and asked the Lead Inspector for a re-set for day two. Of course, he looked at me as I was crazy for asking for a re-set since CNAL had never given a re-set in the middle of an inspection before and I was the only one asking for this. Anyways, the inspectors had to consult with CDR Parham first. In the meantime, I called CDR Parham and gave him a heads up about what had occurred and he told me that he was going to call me back after he is briefed by his inspectors. About an hour later, CDR Parham called me back, we (CDR Parham, Lead Inspector, Force OHO and I) had a phone call conference and they agreed to allow us to do a re-set for Day 2. What does this mean for us? It means that we will resume Day 2 on January 23rd and Day 3 will slide to January 24th. Now that we have a second chance to recover from this mistake, I will be personally and directly involved with this TRA and I will make sure I drive this inspection to the finish line. I hate to take over like this but I cannot afford any more mistakes coming out of G-2. We have to be flawless
The 23rd RCT received the mission to defend Chipyong-Ni in an attempt to bait the CCF to attack with a large force that could be defeated, but the RCT was at 70% strength following the battle at Twin Tunnels (some units were at 60%). The RCT received intelligence reports of multiple CCF Divisions marching towards Chipyong-Ni. COL Freeman requested the RCT be allowed to pull back 15 miles to prevent encirclement and was approved by MG Almond, but was overturned by LTG Ridgway. LTG Ridgway, the newly assigned Eighth Army Commander, did not allow retreat and always wanted to make contact with the enemy. He relieved his G-3 on the spot for giving him retreat contingency plans.
Mandated reports are a genre that is a part of numerous careers. Mandated reports are used by mandated reporters which are designate groups of professionals that are required to report cases of suspected child abuse and neglect. A mandated report has a specific way that it has to be field out because the severity of the information is a massive part in helping save an abused or neglected child from being endangered. This research analyzes the difference between the different documentations in mandating reporting and how one reports various from another. The next step is to investigate where and who the forms are turned into. I’ll be looking at the Social Worker perspective because it’s the field of study I’m going in and would potentially help me when I begin my career in children and family services. Giving the information about mandated reports would educate me on the all the factual information needed after receiving a mandate report and from the information gathered, how do they deiced whether or not it’s a serious case or not. This research would uncover every aspect from beginning to end of the entire process of when a report is submitted up until the discussion is made on what to do after reviewing the information. The report is used my any profession to report suspect child abuse or neglect at any time or place. There is a different between different careers on how the report is written depending on the person submitting it. The very last step is going in depth with analyzing the actual form and comparing and contrasting it to other forms from different states. I want to also look at, the different between the forms, depending on who is the attended audience.

Discuss the role of the Inspector in J.B. Priestley’s play ‘An Inspector Calls.’ What is this characters main function and how effective is he?
The class attended for my Participant Observation Assignment was a yoga class at the Recreation Center at State University. Such a class is for one session and is forty-five minutes in length. During this class, we covered beginning yoga moves at a slow pace so everyone felt comfortable. The nature of the class consisted of simple yoga moves, serine atmosphere, and relaxing music. Learning theories that were address, applied, and by the instructor wanted us to use were Skinner’s Operant Conditioning, Bandura’s Social Cognitive Theory, and Observational Learning. The instructor also taught using the Direct Instruction Approach and wanted the students to use Lave’s Situated Learning Theory.
Our team was instructed to listen and see if we could identify any questions that might be asked during the inspection. I was terrified. We were all gathered up by our squad leaders. They told us to be confident and began to check our uniforms. My squad leader Binney was going over my uniform with a lint roller and began to ask me some questions. When was this, who is this, what are these. I knew the answer to most of them, but I was having trouble with the land navigation stuff. I could not remember for the life of me hill, valley, ridge, saddle, and depression. Luckily they were probably not going to ask me that. The other schools inspection had started and all I could hear was screaming. I could not tell whether it was the other cadets, or the Army Instructors. This did not help me calm down at all. Finally they were finished and Binney gave me and the other people in his squad a mint. We lined up and all I heard was, “PLATOON” from Dasha, and then “ATTENTION, PORT ARMS, FORWARD MARCH” from Greene. We all started marching in, and this was when the inspection
We took into consideration your feedback and comments about how confidence in the processes is at high levels. I felt that before making a formal decision about starting up processes at a later time we needed a “test phase” to understand any gaps and to create
Letting slowly off of the throttle, the Coast Guard coxswain deliberately beached his boat onto a desolate shore on U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Marines aboard leap to their feet dawning M240Bs and rucks filled to the brim with three days’ worth of essential field gear, and file toward the bow of the boat jumping onto the beach. Their amphibious landing of a tactical insertion is successfully accomplished.
It is a pleasure to write this letter of reference for BAM’s Brooklyn Interns for Arts and Culture (BIAC) program. I was a BIAC intern during my senior of high school, from October 2013 to August 2014, during which I worked in the DanceMotion USA. In addition, I worked with my staff mentor Jenny Rodriguez, who worked in the Human Resources Department. I found it extremely helpful to have the supprort from these three different levels of contact. With these varying levels of support, I always felt cared for and there were no questions left unanswered.
The biggest challenge this week was finding the right proposal for my second paper since I did not quite understand the instructions in the task sheet. However, that issue was resolved when I called you and you told me what my objective was. Once I finally understood what to do, I sent out another proposal and it was
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is a cabinet-level agency that oversees the American farming industry. USDA duties range from helping farmers with price support subsidies, to inspecting food to ensure the safety of the American public. They are responsible for developing and executing federal laws related to farming, agriculture, forestry, and food. In 1862, Abraham Lincoln established the independent Department of Agriculture to be headed by a commissioner without Cabinet status. Agriculturalist Isaac Newton was appointed to be the first such commissioner. Lincoln called it the "people's department." What the USDA organic label means, is that the USDA certified organic foods are grown and processed according to federal guidelines addressing, soil quality, animal raising practices, pest and weed control, and use of
Overall, I think Friday and Saturday went very well considering our issues, and the servers did a fantastic job for the most part. One of my major concerns is with some of the servers lack of maturity and professionalism. A select few servers are causing the large group to lose focus of the objective, and those select servers should be relocated elsewhere if necessary, and warned. I felt pretty occupied constantly keeping on eye on the "quarterbacks" making sure the servers were getting the correct machine locations and drinks
When facing the same discount amount, consumers appear to overweight the discount of the cheap item than that of the expensive one. This irrational behavior is widely mentioned and explained by various behavioral economics theories, such as the “framing effect” and “prospect-theory value function” (Kahneman and Tversky, 1981, p.347), and “mental accounting” and “transaction utility” (Thaler, 1999, p.186-189).
