Individuals frequently make decisions that influence those around them, these decisions can impact the people around them either positively or negatively. Individuals can make impacts on others in many different ways that can change the perspective of others. An individual can make a significant impact on their community either positive or negative. The impacts that these individuals make can affect other people’s viewpoints, economics and environment. An individual has the power to make a difference on their peers economically. There have been many instances where famous figures have made a significant impact to their communities such as Bill Gates who has donated 41.3 billion dollars to his foundation and Lebron James who started a foundation in his hometown raising over 40 million dollars. On August 2005 Hurricane Katrina hit the United States which caused 108 billion dollars in damages, this incident affected the economy causing it to drop to 1.3. Relief efforts by groups such as the Red Cross helped clean up the damages caused by Katrina leading to the US economy improving to a 4.8 growth rate. By offering help and going as far as to leave the country people made a large impact to those living in the states struck by Hurricane Katrina. Hurricane Katrina was to all a negative experience which showed that people can impact their communities in the most dire situations. In comparison there are many examples of when people have impacted the economy with inventions and original ideas, one such example is Google. Since the arrival humans, we have made a large impact on the world. We have shaped our society to what it is today with thoughts and actions. Our actions can be “good” or”bad”, but with every action there will be a reaction. Every person will have an impact on someone or something, and I think no matter how big or small that action is , it will have a meaningful effect one way or another.

Consequences that were social included strikes, fights, disagreements, and people losing their jobs. People wanted to be wealthier and therefore went to great lengths to get more money. Crimes such as robbery, murder, assault were common and easy ways to receive money. Economic consequences could be felt worldwide. Numerous times when the United States of America was bailed out of debt by wealth Americans, some of them did this multiple times. A person can greatly affect the economic status of a country, area, or region by simply doing one thing. Creating more product. In order to create more product, most of the time more jobs are needed and therefore it will boost the economy. People create identities based on themselves but ultimately their identities are affected by our environments and the people we associate with.
Our modern world is focused on unimportant things such as celebrities and their eating disorders. Whatever happened to close-knit communities focusing on neighbors and their families? Because Americans are very materialistic, they can become overly arrogant and possessive since they are used to getting their way, on account of having money.
Influence is the ability to have a burden on someone or something. However, one doesn’t have to be a “individual of influence” to be influential. The lives of each person is most strongly influenced by the family and environment that we grew up in. The personality of our parent (s), whether we were born first or last, what the bonds are like between siblings, our teaching horizontal surface, the socioeconomic position of our home, the home we have settled, all of these concepts have formed us at the time period of our life when we’re in need of it most and shaped us to who we are now.
Courage is not when you don’t fear, its more of deciding that here are far more better things than fear. In the Crucible, the ones that have been accused have to decide whether to lie in fear or be courageous by telling the truth which would result in being hanged. Many characters went their own way by following what they believe which would be what the bible says. When they stuck out and went their own way in telling the real truth, the community started to look down on individuals and everything got hectic.
