Then, the last of the managerial activity is the Networking activity. The manager should know on how to socializing, politicking, and interact with outsiders. For example, the manager should be responsible to have good relationship with clients, know about latest politicking, and commitment well with the social media or the shareholders. At a certain degree of each of these skills are required of different levels in the organization could vary. Basically, some or all of these skills must be possess by all managers in each of these important areas in order to effectively perform.
