Henry Mintzberg took a live study of five CEO’s of a company and came up with ten managerial roles that best reflected all the daily tasks a manager performs. These ten tasks or roles are broken up to in groups called interpersonal, informational, and decisional. The groups are managerial behaviors the manager would go through on the job.
The interpersonal managerial roles have three roles within it figurehead, leader, and liaison. A figurehead role was obliged to perform a number of routine duties of legal or social nature. An example would be a manager in charge of the legal department or sign contracts for sales deal. The leader role was in charge of motivation, training, and staffing. An example would be a manager hiring an employee or human resources manager. The liaison role was to keep contact information of vendors that would supply information or work. A manager would keep this information to do everyday business to keep in contact with vendors.
The informational managerial role also has three roles within it are monitor, disseminator, and spokesperson. The monitor keeps current with all company information from within and the outside world. A manager would want to keep current to tell or show new

A disturbance hander would be responsible for corrective actions and handle company disturbances. A manager would do the same if they had a disruptive employee. The resource allocator organizes a company’s resources. A manager would do this by authorizing certain items or filling out a budget report. The negotiator would handle the negotiations that the company would face. A manager does this by negotiating with employees or even customers on

The purpose of this paper is to explain how virtual reality is used in everyday life. It is used in many ways in today's society. Several people immediately think of video games or entertainment when they hear virtual reality. Virtual reality is not only used for entertainment purposes but it is also used for medical and educational purposes. It can help people overcome their fears, deal with and treat social anxiety, and it can also be a helpful teaching tool to connect students and teachers in long-distance learning.
Scrooge is such a stingy man, or you could call him a miser. He would not donate to anyone, not only that, he doesn't pay his employees at a fair rate. One day everyone noticed a humongous change in Scrooge. Some people were frightened when they saw Scrooge. Some thought he was losing his mind. What they all noticed was that he changed completely. He turned into a caring and charitable man and it’s all thanks to the Ghost of Christmas Future. He saw his own death. He was put through a horrifying experience. He begged and begged to be released from what he was seeing. The Phantom thought he should stay a little bit longer, so he decided to take Scrooge to a graveyard. Scrooge started to look around. He asked the Phantom why he was brought there, and the only thing he did was point at a tombstone. Scrooge looks at the words of the tomb, and realizes the name on the tomb is his. He cried and begged for forgiveness. He asked for a second chance and he promised he would change his ways. Phantom decided he had enough, so he decided to let him

The term Virtual Reality (VR) is used by many different people with many meanings. There are some people to whom VR is a specific collection of technologies, that is a Head Mounted Display, Glove Input Device and Audio. Some other people stretch the term to include conventional books, movies or pure fantasy and imagination. However, for purposes of this research, we restrict VR to computer mediated systems. We would define Virtual Reality as a way for humans to visualize, manipulate and interact with computers and extremely complex data.
The significance of education in virtual reality is the simulation. The medical department takes full advantage of virtual reality for the simulation of medical emergency. One of the major simulation that are mostly used is surgery. According to CMAJ, those who were trained using virtual reality shows significant improvement than those who have no training (Palter). Stevens says that medicals use VR to see parts of the body to study, obtain accurate picture during surgery, perform types of surgery, and interacts with molecules (Stevens). The second significance is the usage of video games. Because of how virtual reality uses 360-degree video, surround sound, and depth perspective, it can give the user a good atmosphere of a horror scene or a shooter game. Such video games can give a much more awareness to their surrounding when it comes to these types of games. Lastly, virtual reality can give different scenery to those who cannot travel due to their medical situation. Those who prolonged to go to different world or around the world now have the chance to experience it. Smedley states that virtual reality program allows students with physical disabilities to participate fully in science experiments and activities (Smedley). This shows that virtual reality helps even those who are in special
...ity of purpose and direction for an organization. We create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving the organization's objectives. Managers are responsible for changing behaviors. Which is probably the most critical area in the organizational life cycle. Finally, managers empower and involve people to achieve the organization's objective. (Lester, Parnell, & Carraher, 2003)
Although still in its, infancy, virtual reality will have a substantial effect on our future way of life. Virtual reality already has made astounding progress in the world of commercial design, and it is predicted to have a tremendous impact on everyday life as well. Virtual reality, when more available, will have various uses ranging from recreation to basic communication. The applications of virtual reality into different fields of occupations and research will have both positive and negative effects on our society.
It can be used for behavioral therapy, friendships over long distances, along with being a good attribute in any medical field. The product is broken down and explained, with the authors describing how it came to fruition and how to use the object to its full potential. Virtual Reality becoming common in society can be beneficial to the medical industry, and has potential for many other fields. It can further humanity, and has benefits towards education. Teachers and students can have many new ways of learning. Learning and teaching can only move forward with this technology. New studies can be administered for almost no cost. Managers nowadays do not actually do what a manager really should do back in the eighties. Changes that occurred in the new economy, the increasing use of technology in business, and the effects of globalisation towards business world have led management into a whole new dimension. New managers are expected to be able to manage on an international scale, act strategically, utilize technology, establish values, and of course, act responsibly as well. (Crainer, 1998) Henry Mintzberg once asked, "What do managers do?" After conducting his research based on a study of five CEOs, he concluded that managerial work involves interpersonal role, decisional role and informational role. And the fact is that, managers get things done through other people. Therefore, managers are required to possess certain skills and competencies which allow them to play these roles effectively and efficiently throughout the four functions of management. (Mintzberg, 1998)

One the biggest devices that came out recently is Virtual Reality. Virtual reality is also known as “VR”. Virtual Reality is a computer engineered simulation of a three-dimensional image or setting. It can be interacted with almost a real or physical way by a person using special equipment. Some equipment includes a helmet with a screen inside and gloves or remotes fitted with sensors. Virtual reality is becoming more popular as major companies are developing the technology and making it more accessible to the community. Many people ask the question such as “What is
