Importance Of Adventure Education

Adventure education has been an interesting experience for me. I got to interact with people inside and outside of my class. Although we have the same career path and interest, everyone in the class is still very unique and have different personalities. I really enjoyed working with everyone, and I think that all future teachers should take this course. I will take what I have learnt here in adventure education and improvise it into my classroom to make it more enjoyable.
Coming in as a freshmen and moving here from a different country, I did not have a lot of friends. I was excited to start school and adventure education made it a lot better. I made friends who I will also be taking additional classes with outside of the CASEP program. Adventure education is such a fun class that I always look forward to my Fridays. There is so much more freedom in what I can write about and do in class that I don 't feel forced or suppress to think a certain way. I get to express my feelings and I feel like this is the only class where I have time to get to know my classmates better. Allowing for students to express their true feelings and write what they want to write brings out more potential and talent out of the individual. Especially they people who facilitate it! (You MO, STEVE AND STEVEN)!! Couldn’t of asked for a better first year experience! I did not have any negative experience in the class, I love working with others and I realize that I do have what it takes to be a teacher. I believe in myself more and I trust my peers. I also have the ability to lead and be open minded. I grew throughout this course and so did the relationship I have with my peers. It’s such a great class that half of the time I forget that I am being graded. I love being part of this group, and everyone is so unique! I hope I can create this kind of classroom for my students in the
