Good evening everyone. Hope you are having a good time. On behalf of the President, I welcome you for attendance to celebrate this once of a lifetime event with us. I must say, I could've not asked for anything else from Him. Your presence made this especial occasion as colorful and as beautiful as ever, especially His Holiness and His Honorable. One of the best gatherings we ever held, since against all odds we and our family arrived here. Angel's Land Mayor, most of us in American and the rest of us around the world cannot be more proud. You, as well as he and I accomplished something that was never done in the history of our beloved countries. It's been almost a decade, and sometimes like tonight I am still not sure if I am dreaming or this …show more content…
I have learned over the years that our greatness can even get greater, when we appreciate each others strengths, when you and I learn from each other, when we lean on each other, because in our great nations, it's never been about each person for themselves. We always have been together, regardless of our glories diversity or how we chose to worship Him. I wish I can say the same for the beloved nation of Afghanistan, but I can't. We should do everything with all the power God vested in us to keep it the way our Founding Fathers desired, and never pay attention to what the chosen ones are saying. The President and I entertained many more Excellencies and Majesties from around the world, compared to our predecessors. One thing both of us did not cared and never even crossed our mind, if they happened to Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, and a Buddhist like him, or a simple Christian like me. And tonight all of us being together as one, cannot be a better way of proving it. He has been working to the best of his abilities to unite all of us in America, Angel's Land, Afghanistan, and the rest of us on His given planet of ours. You are not naive, neither am
Good evening. I would like to begin by welcoming each and every one of you to this joyous and stressful occasion.
The patriotism swelled in my already overfilled heart. It doesn’t matter that our country is faced with humongous issues, and that Washington is more divided than ever. What matters is those men and women who gave their lives for this country. Every man, woman, child, white, black, straight, gay, Republican, Democrat, rich or poor, should pay their respects to those who rest in eternal peace at Arlington National Cemetery.
President Bush brought the country together with his address to congress by speaking to the still shocked and broken up nation, and speaking about our strengths and heroism in the face of the terrorist attacks. He reminded us that our enemy was not muslims or even a particular country, but the group of Islamic extremists known as Al Qaeda and the countries that support and aid them. He reminded us that all different religions and nationalities were praying for the United States. He said, “We've seen the unfurling of flags, the lighting of candles, the giving of blood, the saying of prayers in English, Hebrew and Arabic.” We as a country no matter the religion or race were grieving and praying for the victims and their families, and the rescue workers and their families. He united the nation by telling us about the heroic rescuers who worked past exhaustion to save as many as possible, many losing their lives as well trying to save others (Bush).
I would like to start by saying what a pleasure it is to welcome, on this very happy occasion all relatives and friends of both families. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank especially my wife for not only being tolerant but more importantly an outstanding mother and the guiding influence in the upbringing of our daughter, culminating in today's celebrations.
Firstly, I would like to thank my parents because without them I would not be here and where I am today. My parents have always being my backbone. They have always supported me in everything I did. I am very thankful for all they have done for me. I look up to both of them because they set the standards for me and everything I want to accomplish and become.
As Father of the Bride, I am honored to be the first to speak this evening. I would like to begin by welcoming each and every one of you on this joyous occasion. It is good to see so many friends and family here today to help celebrate Paula and Manson’s wedding. I would also like to remember those who have meant so much to our family, but could not be here today.
President Bush’s intentions were to uplift the hopes of America as well as to bring them together and make them
I'd also like to welcome relatives and friends of both families and thank you all for being here, especially those of you who have traveled a long way to make this special occasion so memorable.
Thanks John. For all the guests and dignitaries, there was no other way around to say clearly the word thank you for your recognition and accepting our invitation. We were really great and will continue to work with you as long as this leadership continue to serve the people here in the ACT.
Good afternoon my fellow people of the United States of America. I would like to begin by thanking my mother and brothers for fueling this outrageous idea of running for president, and I am delighted that they were able to join us today. Their words of encouragement helped me strive for greatness and were also great reminders of the outcome during hardships in this journey. Like many of you know, family has played a big role of where I stand so, we are especially pleased to welcome them into our presence. I would also would like to thank and welcome those who said I wouldn’t be able to reach my goal, back in my days, kids would have a saying, “if you ain’t got no haters, you ain’t popping”.
Another fine morning. Another great day. The Sun is out, spreading mild warmth and radiance all over, its shine so impeccable that even the dew drops on those nascent flowers imitate it. Soaking in, these positive vibes, I move over to check, what's happening around the world, with my friends, on Facebook. Nothing new!
Thank you , all of you, for taking time out of your busy schedules to lend an ear to my Presidential Speech on this beautiful night of February 22, 2005.
I am extremely happy and honored to be able to give this short speech in my oldest brother’s wedding. Today, i am able to witness, be here, and to congratulate my brother ANTHONY and his beautiful wife, GISELLE on their marriage. I have always believed that there is someone out there for everyone and today, ANTHONY has found who he calls his soulmate, GISELLE. The first time I met GISELLE, I knew that I was going to accept her and get along very well with her because of her personality. I was sure and positive that GISELLE was the one for my brother just by seeing how happy he was around her.
As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu (Arabic: السلام عليكم) to all the lovely people that are witnessing this very special, spectacular, and noteworthy day. Words cannot and will not be able to describe how thriller, honour, and more importantly proud I am to stand in front of you all to present this speech. I am delightful to have such a great opportunity to speak from my mind today and I wholeheartedly thank you for that. Ladies and gentlemen, you are all part of a history making moment. This is a history, I shall say.
Welcome to today's ceremony and thank you for attending. I am honored to be able to speak with you today on such an important occasion. We are here to honor our former service members and to remember the sacrifices they have made in honor of duty, honor, and country.
