Words cannot express how delighted I feel that you are here together, smiling and catching up with each other today. Just before we get started, I would like to express my gratitude to all of my cousins whom generously helped in making this event come together smoothly, (thanks to my gorgeous cousins sisters Priya aka Kajal Agarwal, Shubi, Kasturi, Deepa, Suganthi, Reka, Rubine, Anu,Loge, Divya and Radhika, my two lovely sisters Dr.Vinu and Dr. Bavani, and
Ladies and gentlemen, may I start my speech by welcoming the guests. Today, we are surrounded by most of the friends and family that have been important to us during our lives. Some have traveled thousands of miles, just to be here today. We welcome you all and thank you sincerely for sharing this special day with us.
On behalf of my beautiful wife and I, we would like to thank you all for coming along, and sharing this very special day with us. And a huge thank you for the wonderful presents.
I would like to start by saying what a pleasure it is to welcome, on this very happy occasion all relatives and friends of both families. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank especially my wife for not only being tolerant but more importantly an outstanding mother and the guiding influence in the upbringing of our daughter, culminating in today's celebrations.
First of all I would like to thank my brothers and my new sister for their kind words.
We would also like to thank my wife's parents for all their efforts in organizing today. Their support has been invaluable, advice sound, and check-book largely available. I'd pe...
Of course, there are some faces missing from this celebration as I look round the room and for whatever reason, cannot be with us to share this special occasion. I'd like to make a toast now to the different people we've known and loved who are looking down on this celebration and hopefully having a little one of their own up there! Ladies and Gentlemen, would you please stand and raise your glasses to 'Absent Friends and Loved Ones'.
I’d also like to echo Randys comments and thank everyone again on their behalf for coming and sharing their special day, particularly those that have travelled long distances. I know how hard i...
First, address a cordial greeting to the authorities that are here today, representing the Government and Parliament. In addition, this year I greet and thank all those who helped make this ceremony possible with their work and their participation. A special greeting to the true protagonists of the event: the people here, those who follow us from afar. Greetings to all schools, with special affection and trust that teachers are the main walls of our school, and to technical non-teaching staff. And with a salute to pupils' families whose participation in educational activities for children and grandchildren is essential.
So now you know that I have no clue or an idea of where to begin or how to keep everyone interested and engaged for the next 3 to 4 minutes. I sincerely express my gratitude to all the people who believed in my abilities and gave the opportunity to speak here today. Here is to hoping that I will inspire you and not bore you with my speech.
Good evening: Rebecca is doing great. Her confidence and self assurance is blossomed. Rebecca is a wonderful women, kind, sweet, and very passionate about helping others. Her self esteem is getting better.
I would also like to say a big thank you to my bridesmaids. Firstly, my sister, for looking after me today and also on my hen weekend! Thanks very much for arranging our weekend in London, I’m sure everyone will agree we had an excellent time and I have a little something for you as a small token of my appreciation. And of course my other gorgeous bridesmaids who've been little angels today. I have a little something here for you both too. Thank you very much.
Waves of idle chatter emanated from the grand dining hall as the lords and ladies of Knavewich anxiously awaited the grand arrival of their ruler, King Abimelech. His Majesty was to be the officiator of the annual graduation banquet, a feast held in honour of the young squires who had proven themselves worthy of joining the Knavewich Coalition of Knights – the village’s elite defensive league. However, to the uneasy curiosity of the attendants, the king was mysteriously absent from his throne at the far end of the ebony table. The chamber was decorated exquisitely for the occasion.
Goodmorning everybody, & Hey Sis! Have I ever called you that before? I think somewhere along the lines of calling you annoying and bossy I never remembered to call you “Sis,” but you are—and always have been—the best sister a girl could've grown up with. Sooo this speech obviously goes you my older & crazy sister Cathy! I want to start off by saying a few things and by thanking you.
I would like to genuinely thank your family for graciously donating this scholarship. I also apologize for the delay of this letter. There is no excuse for this belatedness, but I assure you that I am in no way ungrateful. In a silly way, my lack of punctuality allows me to inform you in this letter that I will not be able to attend the awards ceremony regarding your scholarship. Again, I promise I am not taking your generosity for granted.
Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen. I’m honored to be standing here and speaking to you. I'm Phyllis. In the appreciation for this opportunity, I wanted to share with you something useful that I’d discovered and it is worthy of your time!
