It’s my first time to watch Doctor Strange movie and I was amazed of what is it all about, furthermore it is related to our recently topic in our Introduction to the Philosophy of a Human Person. It gives us what really it looks like with the use of the technology and not only the things that we think and image what could it be like. In this movie the quote “when the student is ready, the master will come” when I google it for me to fully understand it because if I’m only the one who will try to understand it I think I’ll consume a lot of time to reflect about it. Every student is unique in their own way, not all of us have the same intelligence, views and opinions and where we are good at but one thing is certain that all of us have the capacity to learn all this …show more content…
For me as I understand it, we should humble are self and be open, it was seen on the movie that all the things that Doctor Strange said and argue with Ancient One is all scientifically. There are a lot of things that we need to learn, a lot of possibilities and it is endless. The school and teachers helps us to learn things in different aspect but we ourselves can also learn from life. What life brings us, the different experience we have in our everyday life. Life itself is our teacher life itself is wonderful we have a lot of things to discover and even though are body dies there are still a lot of things that we didn’t know in our world. The master will come when you are already ready to learn more things and be open to a different point of view—a point of view in all possible aspects, when you have already reflected things, when you are open to change and an open minded

You will hardly come upon your first view within the pages of this book without realizing that you have been brought into contact with something altogether new, something new and at variance with the traditions of other days. If you are like most of us, you will wonder if the future is to look like this, and, if it does, what your place is to be in it.
"On the great journey of life, if a man cannot find one who is better or at least as good as himself, let him journey joyfully alone." The story of Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse makes this point true. The main character Siddhartha dealt with the Samanas and Gotama Buddha, the second with Kamala and then the ferryman. The three parts correspond to the three stages though which Siddhartha passes on his journey to enlightenment: The stage of the mind; the stage of the flesh; the stage of transcendence.
Throughout history there have been countless numbers of teachers: artisans, craftsmen, ideologist, to name a few. They have all master some skill, gained some wisdom, or comprehended an idea. These teachers have achieved knowledge which allows them to excel and to be above and beyond regular people. Knowledge is something everyone strives for, and many desire. To achieve knowledge, one must have an eye-opening experience, and epiphany that leads to the increase of one’s intellect and skill set. In Herman Hesse’s Siddhartha, the main character, Siddhartha, goes in an almost never ending quest to achieve knowledge. Throughout this journey, Siddhartha encounters many teachers, whom which he learns a great deal, but fails to attain that knowledge he achieves for. After taking this course, this has been a struggling journey. I did not find fun in this class due to the grade I have now as a result. My writing skills did not improve from high school, losing confidence in myself to create well-written, interesting papers. However, this class has given me ideas about new styles of writing. Having done these papers helped me to discern the qualifications to write a rhetorical analysis essay from a visual critique paper. Here is how my experience in College Writing went.

The event/situation that the first selfie reflects is listening to the Presidential Speech after the election results on my laptop in my room. The laptop is in front of the camera while I am in the background because it accentuates what I am looking at. My character’s role in this selfie is to show the surprised reaction because I did not expect the election to turn out the way it did. I think the people that would like this post is anyone interested in the presidential election such as liberals, conservatives, independents, democrats, republicans, etc. I am a better listener because I have learned to fixate on countenances and to look at the speaker. The things I can do to improve my listening is to look the speaker more in the eyes, keep
Something magical occurs when I'm atmy desk and everything the teacher says flows straight into my brain. The feeling of answering a question correctly or solving for x in an equation is more than realizing that I understand the topic. There were hundreds of times where I was given a complicated problem and was told to find x or answer a real world question about elements or DNA. when I attempt to answer the question, it feels like I'm solving a puzzle. At that moment, all that matters is me and that question. The wheels turn inside my head as I figure it out and when I do, the feeling of excitement that rushes throughout my whole body is so strong that it does not subside until I actually leave the class. Currently, I enjoy going into class and learning new ideas and topics and because of this, I consider myself an eager student who is ready for anything the teacher
