You really seem to integrate well into the team when taking those ideas that have been created and really refining them into a good usable product. Your cognitive preference is to be a mild adapter. A UFPM is responsible for the units pt program, as well as ensuring members schedule and accomplish their pt test. Also, UFPM’s run group pt and help develop and achieve attainable fitness goals for members who fail to meet the fitness standard. I Believe that since you are a refiner you will excel at refining the plans to help people achieve their fitness goals. Also, there will be times with this duty where it will be essential to flex into other roles, and that will be essential to your effective development as a leader. Since you display mildly adaptive cognitive preference I think that will be beneficial to this duty because you will be helping to adapt other members to fit into where the rules and of pt standards fall. As a tech school instructor, you will be charged with developing the next generation of aircraft maintenance personnel, and that is no small task. I believe that your cognitive preference as mildly adaptive will be perfect for this duty, because you must present the same information to all the students, but you will also have to adapt it to each specific one for proper knowledge retention. Also, I feel your team preference as a refines will help you because you will be able to impart your skills and experiences on these new airmen in a way that will help refine their skill sets prior to them entering the work force. This special duty of instructor is invaluable to the air force because all the good maintainers will not be able to stay working on aircraft, and in the usaf forever. I think that though I have made several complaints about how the Air Force is ran in the maintenance field I do feel there is a good direction for where we are going as an organization. I know that the only thing I can control is my small area. I do manage a small group of people and hope to teach them the correct way so they are able to succeed. I continue to try and follow our core values because I think that if you follow these as an individual you can be successful. If you as a manager can abide by these values while supervising your people, no matter how many that would be, then morally you can feel like you did your best as a manager.

Lucky was a very interesting film, one of my favorites so far, this semester. Sitting in the audience and hearing all the laughs and how full the theater was proved it. Many people have asked me how I ever made it through the Army with me being so introvert. I joined the Army at the age of 18 and by the time I turned 21 I was put in charge of Soldiers. Honestly I do not know how I was able to stand in front of my Soldiers and give them briefings on our mission. At times I had to stand in front of formation and lead our morning physical training in front of the whole company. I look back now and wonder that maybe I did not think about it much because it was an obligation to do it. In the military you are given this role to be a leader and what kind of leader would I be if I showed weakness to something as simple as physical training. Maybe I did not the feel pressure to do it because I was not exchanging words and carrying conversations, I was up front giving commands.
An Army leader shapes his subordinates, stimulates their minds, and endorses motivation. An Army leader is a concept embodied by everyone in the Army despite what rank they have on their chest. At every level low to high, a leader’s actions affect people around them and may even have effects that go beyond what is expected. In the Mustang Squadron, I would like a role where I can make an impact and have command. An Athletics Officer would suit me well to spread my ideas for future Training Days. I have a creative mind and organization skills that planning a Training Day would be easy to do. I also would like to commit my time to helping future cadets with the proper way to do things.
There are several ways in which a teacher can accommodate every learning style by doing simple things in the classroom. Examples of this would be a certain seating arrangement or even just changing all the time to reach each students style. Knowing and learning styles might be one of the most important things to learn from your students at the beginning of each school year. There are several tests out there that can help with this, but know each style is also important. Knowing your own learning intelligence as a teacher will also help you and is important. This allows you to know in which way you will best be able to absorb information that is important in our teaching. Multiple intelligences are a vital part of any teacher’s lesson plans and are especially necessary in the ever-changing diversities of the schools. Learning styles will bring out the strengths and weaknesses.
