Many people and things surrounding me have had an impact in my life. The people who have had the greatest impact in my life is my family. My family is the reason I do the most of the stuff I do. Because my family, I want to succeed and do whatever that it takes to do so. I want to make sure I set a good example for my younger siblings and family members. My family is for making money, and doing it the best way. I’m going succeeding in being one of the first people in my family to graduate college following high school. My cousins have all graduated high school, but none have attempted to attend a college/university. Everyone in my family has stretched that they want me to succeed, and make them happy. As I was growing up ; I wanted to become
So many people have made an impact on society and myself today. It is hard to decide who's influences have been the greatest and who has had the most impact all together. In selecting these unique people, I had to look at my own morals and values and ask myself what I encounter day by day. My everyday life basically consists of money, music, technology, and people, which has lead me to research individuals who made an impact on these aspects.
what I wanted to become. So after graduation I decided to explore my options at
My family's background has influenced me in a positive perspective. I come from a family that has migrated to the USA for decades. And knowing the stories behind the struggles my ancestors, and my parents went through. Makes me appreciate everything that my parents can afford to give me.
Those are just a few reasons why my family is my greatest accomplishment. I have finally realized something with age. The more I care about someone the more I manage to live myself. When someone’s life truly depends on whether or not you hit the snooze button on the alarm clock once or twice you realize your accomplishment may not be what you ever wanted for yourself. Yet somehow you feel accomplished simply because that person is here tomorrow to bring a smile to your face and a tear to your eye. Always remember that tears are not a bad thing. As my philosophical child Lena would put it “Tears are just your feeling trying to say hello.”
Why is influence such big deal? Influence gives you personal values. Influence comes from everyone or everything; that mean you can’t dodge it. Where this influence comes from is basely people or thing that interact with each other. Influence is important. It is how we learn in our life. Influences reflect on our personal judgment, socially or personally. Influence is always major in every single step that people take in their life. That is why our families worry about what outside or unknown influences that can bring us great hurt. This essay is about three people who have greatly influenced me. These three persons who influenced me improved my life, skills, and mood. My dad, Mike, and Jimmy are three people who have greatly influenced my life.
I am who I am partly because of my family, but mostly because of who I want myself to be. I will never be exactly what I want to be because of my family upbringing, but I can provide myself with opportunities to live a somewhat similar life. I would have loved to be brought up in a family that was into off-road racing, such as trucks, snowmobiles, an...
Family has a major impact on our lives. From the moment you were born, your family has taught you right from wrong. We get our religion, values, gender roles, language, and habits from our families. We get our status in society through your family’s connection and wealth, which later can determine one’s job opportunities in life. Although we grow up and start to develop our own values and beliefs and opinions, the family values, beliefs and opinions that were instilled in you since you were little never really go away.
When we are children we receive the constant question of what we want to be when we grow up. The common answer to that question is fireman, teacher, doctor or officer, but that was not my case. My grandmother, a lottery seller and the best teacher that I have ever had, thought me a lot of things during her life, and every moment that I spend with her help me to defined the person that I wanted to become. I remember that when I was very young I owned an enormous map of the world and that it was fascinating for me to found where places were located, but also it was truly amazing to locate hurricanes and storms in that map. It was one of my favorite activities, every time that my grandmother and I saw a storm developing we immediately
Although my family isn't really close to each other, my support system is still very strong everyone in my family wants to see me doing good instead doing poorly. They always encourage me to do good in school and have good grades, or they motivate to be successful in life. I actually feel like my family is my real support system to my future goals, yes I have friends and teachers that care about me as well, but i feel that is mandatory to make my family more happier no matter what. As I look back to my older family members I can remember some of them telling me that they didn’t make it to 12th grade or like my mom, she dropped out of school in 11th grade because she was having me, but she went back for her GED. She stated to me that she wouldn't ever want me to drop out, or even get a GED and that she would rather me graduate with my classmates and walk across the stage.
Additionally, building this strong brother-to-sister relationship of trust with my own sisters, leads my focus on the members of my family, who has influenced my character more fully than anyone else. My Dad especially is probably my greatest example of all times whose character and integrity really touched me in various ways I could ever imagine. I really admired the way he led our family with great wisdom and counsel which helped me in my hard and difficult times. I only got to spend nineteen years of my life time with him due to his passing away while I was on my mission.
I wanted to be a doctor. But did I really? They say if you’re working doing something you love, you will never work a day in your life, that is how I want to be. At the age of three I was able to answer the question, “what do you want to be when you grow up?”.
On a personal level, my family plays a huge role in my life. They have a high priority in my life because they have supported me every step so my life so my willing ness to do stuff is very high. The thing I relate most with is the need to be needed. I like serving others and be of use to them because it makes me feel useful and helpful even if it is simple advice or a random act of kindness.
I’ve been influenced by many people in my life; unfortunately, most of them have not been good influences. However, since I became a Christian, having positive, influential people in my life is normal. Moreover, there is one person, in particular, other than Jesus, who has influenced my life tremendously and continues to do so; his name is Issac Detiz. I have learned a great deal from him and his work, and my life has never been better. Furthermore, Issac Deitz is a major influence in my life several reasons.
My family is who I have socialized most with since they were the first ever people I interacted with. Family has had a large influence over who I am today because they are the people who I learned almost everything from (primary socialization). The reason I have such high morals and values is because of my family. By observing and taking from their behavior I was able to form my own values through nurture. Although they taught me a lot of beneficial things that make me a better person, I have also learned from some of my family members bad habits. My uncle always smoked around the kids, including myself, when I was younger and I never liked the smell and now I associate that memory with cigarettes and it makes me not have any desire to smoke whatsoever. I also had another uncle who went to jail a lot for selling drugs and other related things, and since I definitely did not want to end up in jail I now make smart decisions, and associate myself with people who benefit me. On the whole my family has made me a nobler person by both their good and bad
A lot of different things can impact a person’s life in such a way that it is unforgettable. For example, it could be the time you took a hike up a towering mountain and ended up getting peaceful view of the urban cityscape, or even the time you went to your first dreadful sleepover and were trembling with fear. It could even be person or multiple people such as friends, siblings, teachers, and even mentors. Personally, my family has been the people that have ultimately had the most influence on me as an individual. Family can vary from person to person, but for me it is the absolute most important thing I have. The people that have had a profound impact on me is my family; the way that different personalities all come together as one, the way they handle hard situations, and the closeness I have with the, is very inspiring to me.
