How Elementary School Has Affected My Life

Going through elementary school I went to and the year my parents place me in elementary school had a huge effect on my life. I went to Wake Village Elementary school, which is where my mother works. She decided to place me in the school because it was convenient for her and I would be close by if something were to happen. This decision set me and my life in a certain social location with people I had no clue existed that would soon become a large part of my childhood. I spent a lot of time with Trevor Daley Allie Beth Hatfield and Braden Sellers. I consider these three kids to be my best friends through grade school all the way to high school graduation. Even at a young age and begun to realize that I enjoyed the sport a lot more whenever I was recognized as talented it. Girl Scouts honestly didn't teach me much salt in the fact that I would much rather be the first girl in Boy Scouts. I hated that girls were not allowed to do the dirty outdoor activities like the boys were. Also girl scouts showed me how mama society wants me to be in how to behave as a young lady. And from that I took away the opinion of gender equality I believe girls can play cowboys instead of playing mommy or kitchen. I was also very talented at soccer. I played every soccer season at Grady to Wallace Park since I was a little girl and also on the Texas high school varsity soccer team for four years. He played midfield position because I had a tolerance to run up and down the field for a long period of time and love to score goals. From my passion for soccer I learned to appreciate my physical health along with my mental health. I never really picked up and love for softball although I do love to watch the Rangers play with my grandparents and boyfriend's family.
