Every person has the ability to find a solution to a problem, nevertheless some people are better at solving non-personal problems than a personal problem. When I evaluate my problem-solving ability I conclude that I am better at solving personal problems than non-personal problems, but I also believe it 's difficult to solve personal problems; since those problems deals with my feelings. However, I solve this kind of problem better because the solution will affect my life therefore, this are more important. Non-personal problems are easier to solve for me, because I can find a solution without overthinking. For example, if I am in a situation where my family or I can be affected by the decision, is more likely that I would take longer to find a solution because I will analyze every benefit and risk I am about to experience. In other hand, if the problem has nothing to be with me, I would solve it without thinking too much. The process of solving a non-personal problem is easier and faster, but it 's not always the best option to obtain a good solution.
One of our brilliant founding fathers once said “Determine never to be idle… It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.” Although this man, Thomas Jefferson, had success after success, like founding The University of Virginia, writing the Declaration of Independence, and serving as the third president of the United States of America, I don’t agree with him on this quote. I believe staying busy is important to the amount we get accomplished, but overall I think life is a balance of work and rest. Business has been a large part of my family, and has started to grow on me. My dad worked in sales for many years, and is now the President of a company in Staples. My mom started her own cleaning business, and now works for herself, as well as my uncle owns a golf course, and a pump and well business. My other uncle has his own handy man business, while one of my aunts operates a redimix and construction company . So I guess it could be said, business is kind of in by blood.

However, if you can develop your why, you can achieve success. Your why must be this personal, passionate, emotional drive that keeps you going, when the world tells you to give up. It is the reason you commit and work so hard. Pushing on when it seems all the odds and world is against you. Your "why" becomes your driving will to wake up and do it again tomorrow.
