My Housing Health Plan will benefit the students, staff and future of the school in the long run. Establishing my plan will give a better living environment for the resident and staff who spend so many hours in the building. Letting leaking water and mold grow in a living environment is very dangerous and reckless. After all, Goodnow is a part of K-State history since 1969. My Housing Health Plan will maintain the hall’s legendary reputation and impress future students because the hall would look clean, be safe, and would continue to stand tall for many years to come. According to Clarivate Analytics, “understanding your university’s reputation is incredibly important, particularly in an age of growing academic diversity. Rankings are complex and may not adequately capture your university’s strengths, but emphasizing and building upon these measures is an important way to help grow your university. Knowing what data support your own university’s unique strengths is vital. Every university is different; gone are the days when everyone competed for the same measures of success. Some universities exist to serve their communities, both through teaching and research, while others are more exclusive and focused on national or international issues. Some partner extensively with the corporate world, while others don’t.” Reputation is a good part of how your University is still up and

By what has been presented Jimmy didn’t seem to have a positive and loving environment. His mum drank and had mental health problems. How did these factors occur? A possible lack of support for bringing up a child alone or Social-economic factors. Another area could be living in an area where people were living below the poverty line. In this instance there wouldn’t be any close ties with other people who live in the area. Being isolated in this instance with no social support from others who live close by may have had an impact on her. Having someone come out either someone she knows well or a social worker is a good social interaction with others. This can help his mum from a point of How are you doing? A potential incoming college freshman struts with confidence through the sliding doors of the Student Center, inhaling the freshly prepared pizza ready to be served at Sbarros, and sees the smiling faces as Pride Leaders try to convince each individual to enroll at Hofstra University; yet fail to admit that every university has its limitations and failed expectations. In the Late nineteenth century the population was growing at a rapid pace. The country had people flooding the biggest cities in the country such as New York City and Chicago. These populations were gaining more and more people every single year and the country has to do something to make places for these people to live. The government would go on to create urban housing programs. These programs were created to make homes for these people to live in. At the time it provided a place for people to live but as the populations grew it became a more cramped and rundown area because of the large populations in one place. These reforms eventually led to these areas becoming dangerous, they were rundown, and it created a hole that was difficult for people to get out of.
The biggests explain I can think of is University Of michigan. They are famous for their football team. But do you know what else they are famous for? There science department. University Of Michigan get peoples attention only for football of science department what about other major? The major that could matter but don't get enough attention. This world of education is turning to only science majors and math or the football team. There classes like writing, speech, art and etc is turning into basic classes that supports science and math. The high the test score in these subject the better the rating for universities. What about the success rate of students? No college wants to rate themselves by the number of murders, suicides, failures, or dropouts. They all hide the negative side to attract the students to come to their college. Colleges are turning education into a business. They do this by adding classes that are not a part of their major, increasing the prices of books, and high tuitions that cause students to pile up with student
Keep their reputation of a safe place and community: It is known that if the parents are happy with the universities the students are, a part of the decision relies on the parents approval. If there are a large amount of sexual assaults and crime rates the parent is more than likely to try to rule out that specific University or college therefor keeping low numbers become
Have you ever noticed that while you’re driving around Austin that the homeless have become a common casualty to exhibit. I know the first thing that comes to mind is, “How ridiculous, why don’t they just get a job!”It perfectly acceptable to wonder, whether your money would go towards feeding a starving stomach or a drug addiction, therefore your generosity would be put to better use through a charity foundation or simply by offering a meal. The reality is that the majority of people who are homeless are unable to work due to certain disabilities. In other words, the best response is compassion. There is only so far we can do as a community, the major change has to come from a superior source, which is why I propose that the City of Austin ought to step up and diminish this problem. The City of Austin should build more affordable housing and assistance programs because it will help reduce homelessness.

To enable individuals to have a choice and control over the services they receive they must be placed at the centre of the decision making process, the current changes within the health and social care sector reinforce the idea that it is the individual in need of these services that knows best what their needs are and how they can be met effectively. Within my workplace we support and encourage service users to partake in their own care planning process to ensure the care they receive is personalised/ tailored to them as an individual, it contains personal likes/ dislikes/ preferences and choices regarding every aspect of their life.
Question 2. Critically analyse the role of the National Housing and Homelessness Agreement (NHHA) government legislation by reflecting on how they support equity for people who are homeless. The Commonwealth Government is working to improve and introduce a new National Housing and Homelessness Agreement (NHHA) for 2018-2019. With State and Territory Governments, the new NHHA legalisation has the aim to improve and increase the supply of new homes.

Within the care sector it’s very important that colleagues pass information/changes to individual’s circumstances we are supporting. This could be done either between yourselves or in team meetings depending how important/urgent the information needs to be passed on/recorded. You can also support colleagues how to make new entries/changes to an individual’s care plan and the importance in doing this. Sharing information and contributing to individual’s records is a great way to improve the quality of care even exchanging views and making suggestions can make a difference to the care/support we give to the individual.

Public housing is a program, introduced at the federal level in 1937, which provides for low-cost housing through public financing by means of publicly owned and managed multi-family developments. Several cities began providing publicly funded housing prior to the introduction of the 1937 Housing Act through local programs of their own. Additionally, it was these kinds of local programs that helped mold the model for the federal program. Although there are multiple themes and topics related to public housing this paper will solely focus on 6 themes that are critical in understanding the history and development of public housing. These themes are in regards to the population it was aimed for, financing, federal public housing authority, local public housing authorities, design, and urban renewal.
