1. Cold Method (Using ICE):
Do you have a hickey you want to get rid of? Just treat it like a regular bruise. You can freeze the blood vessels with ice. This will keep blood from going into the bruise which will keep the bruise mark to a minimum. Using ice is the quickest way to make a hickey disappear, just use a cold compress like an ice pack to minimize the bleeding and make the mark disappear. However, this methods only works if the hickey is new.
Use ice in a towel and press it on the hickey for as long as you can take it. For the first day or 2 you will need to repeat this process frequently. Again this method works well but you have to apply the ice right after getting the hickey.

If the hickey is fresh, the cold method is the best approach, but if the hickey is set in, using heat is better. Once the hickey is fully formed, the only thing left to be done is for the blood to be absorbed back into the skin. Heat increases blood flow, which breaks the hickey apart quicker. The mark will disappear quicker than if it was left to heal naturally. It is also important to use heat safely as it can also lead to burns. Never use heat that is too much for the skin and if it is painful remove the heat source immediately.
One option is to soak a towel in hot water, not boiling water. This method only works if the hickey has been set for at least 2 days. Keep this in mind, cold method for fresh hickeys and heat method for hickeys that are at least a few days old.
3. Rub Alcohol:

Many people have tattoos and never actually understood how tattoos last. Tattoos are permanent. A needle goes into the skin at rate of hundreds of vibrations a minute. The needle goes through the top layer of the skin, which is called the epidermis, and goes deeper into the skin to the dermis. The ink particles are huge for the white cells to remove. The dermis is balanced so the ink will last forever. Fading in the tattoo may occur as you grow older, but to remove a tattoo, you need to have a chemical peel, dermabrasion, or a laser procedure, which will take years to disappear.
The aftercare of a tattoo is complex for the first couple of weeks. The tattoo cannot be soaked in water for 7-10 days, it cannot be exposed to the sun for 2-3 weeks, and it is detrimental that the skin is not picked or scratched in the area around the tattoo also. Also, the tattoo parlor that is chosen by a person determines the immediate aftercare instructions. Some say to remove the bandage right away. While others insist that you leave it on for two hours. This contains a risk since you don’t know which way is more accurate and safer. Body piercing is far easier to take care of in the weeks following the piercing. Depending on the body part all that is suggested is that for the first few weeks you apply a disinfection lotion or some other form of anti-bacterial liquid. Other than that piercings are free of care.
Oral piercings are a growing trend in young adults used to represent self expression and uniqueness. Oral piercings are referred to as piercings that are inside the mouth with the most popular being the tongue. Other types include the lip, uvula, frenum, and cheeks. Oral piercings usually have a quick healing time due to their plentiful blood supply in the oral cavity; however, though piercing seems harmless due to its reversibility as compared to tattoos, there is a big concern to dental and medical professionals due to their risks and complications to health (Jannsen & Cooper, 2008).

Elevate the bleeding area when possible. Clean and remove loose dirt away from the wound. If an object such as a knife, stick, or arrow becomes embedded in the body, do not remove it. Doing so may increase the amount of bleeding and cause more damage. Place gauze and bandages around the object and tape the object in place. Put pressure directly on an external wound with a sterile bandage, clean cloth, or even a piece of clothing. Direct pressure is best for external bleeding, except for an eye injury. Maintain pressure until the bleeding stops. Do not peek at the wound to see if the bleeding has stopped. If bleeding continues and soaks through the material being held on the wound, do not remove it. Simply place another cloth over the first one. Be sure to seek medical attention.
