Located right off Highway 69 across from CVS Pharmacy and next to the Arizona Inn, Denny's of Prescott Valley has ample parking. Designated areas specifically for sizable vehicles and the disabled, guarantee finding a place to park is never an issue. A cement walkway lined with machines containing all the local papers, a sturdy white bench and a concrete ashtray for tobacco users or others wishing to sit is only a short stroll across the blacktop. Further up are the front doors to the restaurant. Inside is a quaint entryway with free magazines, advertising for real estate, auto sales and travel discounts as well as a pay phone. To the left of those is a well-stocked toy crane machine where many of the younger people spend their time. Immediately across from all of this are the double doors heading into the restaurant itself. Once inside, benches line both entry walls leading up to the "Please Wait To Be Seated" sign. A rotating display case off in the corner holding freshly made decadent pies available by the slice or whole is the first preview of the beautiful presentation of foods that awaits customers within. Directly to the right, behind the cashier's counter, wooden tables surrounded by chairs with rose-colored vinyl cushions as well as a teal booth in the far left corner make up the largest segment of the dining area. Hanging above each of these is a nicely proportioned crystal chandelier. To the left of this first grouping is a partial wall concealing the workstations where servers, bussers and dishwashers quickly move about in such a way as to almost mimic a synchronized dance routine. The workstation extends around the corner to another sideboard, where the servers enter their orders and retrieve the food for their h...

...at every site, people who have visited a Denny's before will notice the same great taste, delectable texture, mouth-watering aroma and picture perfect presentation that they've encountered in any other Denny's in the world.
Have a problem with an order? The manager will gladly fix it or place a new one. They are likewise happy to help with directions to or recommendations for places to visit, shop, or stay in the area. They are happy to accommodate, no matter the need.
With Denny's spanning worldwide, it's nearly impossible to find anyone who has not eaten there at least once in their life time. No matter how far someone has traveled, that familiar bright yellow sign lit up along the side of the highway or interstate always makes them feel a little closer to their family and friends. That's why here in Prescott Valley, "Welcome to Denny's", means welcome home.
Ehrenreich didn’t want to be a waitress any more than some waitresses, but she did it for her research. Ehrenreich once stated that, “Waitres sing is also something I’d like to avoid, because I remember it leaving me bone-tired when I was eighteen.” (13). Her first job was at Hearthside, a restaurant in Key West, Florida. She was hired as a waitress, starting at $2.43 plus tips. She worked the afternoon shift. Hearthside was being managed by a West Indian man by name of Phillip. The management wasn’t the best. They treated their employees disrespectfully. At an employee meeting, they were threatened by the management. Ehrenreich stated, “I have not been treated this way-lined up in the corridor, threatened with locker searches, peppered with carelessly aimed accusation-since junior high school” (24). When they were just standing around, the manager would give them extra work to do. According to Ehrenreich, “You start dragging out each little chore because if the manager on duty catches you in an idle moment, he will give you something far nastier to do. So I wipe, I clean, consolidate catsups bottles and recheck the cheesecake supply, even tour the tables to make sure the customer evaluation is standing perkily.” (22). They were hired at Hearthside to serve the customers. There are twenty-six tables in the whole restaurant. All the food must be placed on the food trays; small items were to be carried in a bowl, and no refills on the lemonade (1...

I believe that when it comes to the best friendly service, appearance and especially food, Longhorn Steakhouse exceeds all expectations in every category. This family casual dining restaurant has been around for over 30 years, and is still thriving with a constant flow of happy customers. I have been there several times with my family and friends. I usually go for dinner, but Longhorn Steakhouse is also a great lunch place. I always leave with a full, and that is very satisfying for me.
It was a very positive beginning to our dinner. Our server seemed to have a sixth sense of when his section was sat and came to us to get a drink order within two minutes of the hostess leaving. He also seemed to really enjoy his job. Since it was her first time at Texas Roadhouse, my friend had a lot of questions about the menu and our server was very patient and answered every one to the best of his ability. We were also approached at our table by a manager who was sincere in her welcome to the restaurant and made us really feel at home while we were there. All in all, there was nothing to complain about when it came to customer service; it was
The warming atmosphere is one of a kind. Behind the counter are the caring faces of not just a worker, but a friend. Regular guests are called by name, sharing stories of families and the past week with the welcoming employees. Sitting all around in tables and booths are patrons from every category. Beside the window on a high table to the left is a lawyer, to the right is a mother and her two kids. In a booth in the back is a construction worker still covered slightly in concrete from a road job he had been working on back on 19th Street. All of these, enjoying a delicious meal of their special combination.

“Excellent customer service is defined as service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem or question as efficiently as possible.” (Reference). Employees also need to realize that providing excellent customer service will provide positive word of mouth recommendations for the business that they work for in the community. A business wants their customers to say that I am coming back to this location because of the customer service that I received from this employee. “You’ll never have a product or price advantage again. They can be easily duplicated, but a strong customer service culture can’t be copied. -Jerry Fritz”.
