People’s health is a result of internal and external factors. Describe two factors and explain their effects on people’s health.
There are numbers of factors which effects people’s health.The factors, which affect human health can be dividing into two categories: internal and external factors.
Some internal factors considered to be important in psychological aspects. Like knowledge about risk factors and risk reduction, attitudes, beliefs, social and life adaptation skills.
Some external factors are important in social support, media, public sectors, economic and political factors, biologic, health care system, environmental and societal laws and regulations. These are the factors we cannot control for example environmental, family upbringing.
This essay will concentrate firstly on psychological aspects, as a part of internal factors and secondly on environmental and social aspects, as a part of external factors. Block 3, Open University.
The internal factors of psychosocial health are very important. This part is harder to see because it is what is inside you. These are factors which includes self-efficacy, personality changes when we mature. Some of them are hormonal functioning, physical health status, physical fitness level, and mental and emotional health.
Psychological health factors we could divide in being:
mentally well, it gives us the ability to reason, interpretation, sorting information and making decisions.

Psychological health factors we could divide in being: emotionally are actually intensified feelings or complex patterns of feelings.

Everyone changes because of something that happened to them at one point or another, and it changes how they may think. External factors do affect one's identity, because, in reality, how could it not? Just seeing a poor person on the street could change one’s strain of thought. A few ways that external factors affect a person are that; external factors can shape how one thinks about someone or something, it can change one’s personality or reactions, and it can change one’s mood for long periods of time.

Health of an individual depends upon their job and choices of people which includes balanced and nutritious diet, physical well being associated with fitness activities, consumption of junk food, over load of work and stress. This essay will discuss about social determinants of health. It will then provide a detailed account of how health of both male and female are affected due to over load of work. This essay will argue that people’s bad health depends upon their working time and consumption of food. Firstly, I will explain that work is one of the social determinants of health and mainly focus to men and women. The health of people is affected by the kind of working they do in different areas. Secondly, due to consumption of fast food and improper balanced diet their health is being affected during their work.
