Billion Dollar business idea # 1: Incredible Ink
I’ve been thinking of starting a decal company, one that would apply graphic designs to a multitude of surfaces. Since this would be a startup and budgetary issues have to be considered I would limit myself to t-shirts, business cards, posters of various sizes, flags, and banners. Marketing is essential to getting ideas across to people so having items with your organization, group, or companies’ logo on it would be an excellent way to attract attention. The goal would be to successfully market these graphic design options to businesses, fraternities/sororities, clubs, and teams to draw in big numbers while still marketing to the average consumer interested in making much smaller purchases
Since there’s a big tech focus these days, customers would be given tools to create their own logo or pick and choose from premade options they could access from our website or alternatively, a program on their phone. They could then place their order and have their product shipped to them. My idea for this came from my interest in the various logos and designs along that pervade our everyday life. They represent both a form of self-expression and increase awareness of something, two things many people want to do nowadays. It would be a disruptive business because it would empower groups, clubs, churches, sports teams, and even other businesses to create something that represents them and make it as simple and convenient as possible to do so.

Since the dawn of civilization people have looked up to their elders for advice and wisdom. Unfortunately, in recent year...

...ith the taser head at the top and two conjoined wires that connect to a rechargeable battery pack the user could wear discreetly. My idea for this product came from hearing news stories about people getting robbed in broad daylight and seeing wanted posters for thieves in my own neighborhood. I saw that now more than ever people have a need to protect themselves and I feel this is a convenient way to do so. I chose the name because it sounds catchy but of course if such a product took off I easily see it expand into smart phones in general. I’d argue that this is a disruptive product because of the element of surprise it brings the user and because it’s a venture into an unexplored self-defense niche that hasn’t been oversaturated yet. The success of such a product combined with its novelty could potentially spur the creation of an entire discreet defense industry.
However, the TASER has faced massive amounts of bad press and negative views among members of the public. Electro-muscular disruption has become a very controversial issue among society, with some describing it as extremely painful and a form of torture. The true power of the TASER has been witnessed over its short history, causing physical problems, psychological problems and even death. This is becoming more concerning with the TASER becoming the first resort rather than the last resort. With the TASER being carried by an ever-growing population of police officers, alternate forms of less lethal may need to be looked at.
We have grown and are now able to prove older people wrong. Our generation is full of new experiments and we are now able to do what they were never able to do. As Thoreau said, old deeds for old people and new deeds for new. This simply says that we have a better understanding of our things, such as technology, texting, riding a bike, and simple jobs. Meanwhile

So in conclusion attitudes towards aging has not really changed through the ages. We all want to grow old gracefully and live to a ripe old age. Maybe someday we will beat that sphinx's
Younger people have tended to look towards the elderly for wisdom and guidance since the beginning of recorded history and beyond. Students to teachers, children to parents, ordinary people to royalty and politicians – generally those who have lived longer are not only believed, but expected to have garnered more knowledge in their longer lives. Abraham Lincoln once said, “I do not think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday. Also, in 2008 the Australian newspaper published an article detailing a study undertaken by the University of Aarhus in Denmark, which disproved the theory that the mind is at its peak in the late teens to mid-twenties. But all this is not to say that older people should not sometimes listen to and heed advice from younger people.
Through the course of history logic, reason and rules have changed drastically as well as what does it mean to be human. This question has stumped philosophers for centuries, great minds like Rousseau, Nietzsche, Kant, Hobbes, St. Augustine, and Sartre. Each philosopher has struggled with the true meaning of what it means to be human. They study the human since its birth all the way to its last days, the only they these philosophers notice with humans is maturity as they age. Maturity is what allows us to become people with character. As these philosophers notice the concept of maturity, their ideas start to splitter off here is where the issue takes place. The issue that rises is how should one live.
Ever since we have been able to walk and talk, we have always been told to respect our elders. As we grew older, we used this old piece of advice to get respect from younger siblings and underclassmen. This quote was established under the understanding that your elders hold more experience, therefore they are wiser. They are able to give you insight into your life, and the world around you. In Rudolfo A. Anaya’s, “A Celebration of Grandfathers”, three insights that he receives from his grandfather consist of having patience, praying for rain, and the transformation of life.

Today, advances in technology and design are providing many opportunities for new and existing businesses to re-invent themselves and their marketing strategies.
Some say wisdom comes with old age, I guess I am wise beyond my years. You see even though I am only seventeen, I have been provided with numerous life experiences that have both challenged me mentally and molded me emotionally. In her book, You Learn by Living, Eleanor Roosevelt states that the best part of learning is “the capacity to learn from each thing you see, from each fact you acquire, from each experience you have, from each person you meet” (14). By saying this, Roosevelt is stating that we learn throughout everything we view and live through, not just what we read about in school. There have been a number of life lessons that have helped guide me, and they will continue to steer me throughout the rest of my life. They will grow
Growing up in Africa as a millennial wasn’t easy. Over their dreams are like fairy tales something imaginal. I was stuck living a gen x live a live that is not main, people tell me what to do all the time. The poverty, poor economy, and the lack of education all played a big roll to evolve a millennial like me into a Gen X. every time I tried to do something new a wall of judgement stops me from it. I felt like I had been dragged down into the “save zone” as many old people called it. Many old people believe that millennials are lazy, stupid, undependable and can’t focus because they don’t know what is best for them. However, how anyone will know what is best for him/her without trying it first. I don’t want to be
