I find the heroin of this story very inspirational because it talked to you about this woman named, Carelli who had a schizoaffective disorder, which is a combination of schizophrenia and bipolarity. She attended 3 different colleges in 3 different parts of the country. She had a lot of up and downs, her relationships would always fall apart and the roommates she had would end up kicking her out. She was self-medicated with drugs and alcohol and during her 20s she was in and out of hospitals. Their was a period where she was even homeless! Ever since I was little i've always had that desire to open my own business because of the thought of owning your own place where you're the boss and you know it'll bring you good fortune. Growing up being around the kitchen was something that was an everyday thing for me, whether I was watching my grandma cook or helping her I was always there. I was raised in an environment where you have to help around the house, and if you're a female your number one place is the kitchen. I remember that when I lived in Mexico, (I was about 5 years old) my aunt had her own little location on one of the sides of the street where she would sell hamburgers, hot dogs, desserts, drinks etc. I would help her make some of the food and I would also be the critic of how good it was! I would go almost everyday with her and help her sell the food, I don't know why but it was fun for me. I remember telling her one day how she should open her own coffee shop inside her house, cause she had a big house!
