I am doing a demonstration speech. I am going to show you how to make grilled cheese. (go to the slide click to go to the first slide.) Somethings you will need are bread, cheese, and butter. I also have some garlic powder and some ham. The type of cheese I am using is mozzarella. You can add any and everything you would like. (go to second slide.) Some health facts about grilled cheese are that American or cheddar cheese contains 291 calories, including 142 calories from fat, and only 1.2 grams of fiber. An whole sandwich can be 410 calories. That mostly comes from the amount of butter you use. Some people like a ot of butter , some people don't. Another way which is my favorite way. You use pepper jack cheese and you can add your favorite nacho topping in the inside. I like to add chicken and tomatoes and green onions. That’s just me you can add whatever you like. Another type is Avocado & cheese. I got this picture from the article “50 Grilled Cheese.” by April Dean. She use fresh avocado and provolone cheese. This is like a healthy choice. It is easy to put together and it doesn’t have much to put in the inside. Another type is called a Hole in One. The picture is from “Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe.” by his guy with the username Sal123. This is kind of complicated. The first thing to do is to cut a hole out of the pieces of bread. Then you take two eggs and crack them into to holes in the middle of the bread. Then you want to cook the egg bread for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side. Then put you cheese in the inside and cook that until it melts. When you cut this one the yolk can spills out of the middle only if you want it to. This is personally not my favorite. I do not like

A quesadilla can be an easy and low costing college meal. Ingredients needed to make are two tortillas, corn, tomato, shredded cheese and refried beans. First, take two tortillas out of the package and butter thoroughly. Next, grill the tortillas on the George Foreman grill. This will make the tortillas crispy. After you’re done grilling put on toppings of corn, tomato and cheese onto a tortilla. Then, put the other tortilla on top of the toppings and put the quesadilla back onto the grill. Finally, take the quesadilla off the grill and put refried beans on the side. Sprinkling cheese on top of the refried beans will make a delicious dip. Have fun eating your cheap, but tasty quesadilla!
