Geraldine still celebrates some of these holidays. For example on January sixth or Little Women’s Christmas, she and her Irish friends get together and celebrate. Some of the native foods and dishes that are special from Ireland are, Shepards Pie which is made with meat, vegetables, and mashed potatoes.
