How gender plays a role in leadership qualities? Who are better leaders? Do men have a problem accepting a female leader?

Leadership is the ability to lead, direct, and coordinate a group of people whether in an organization or over a team of individuals in a society. The leadership in business entails a number of several activities including planning, coordinating, directing and controlling. For leadership to exist there must be supervision, management or a form of governship. A leader must motivate people that are working under him or her both in words or actions. For a leader to make essential progress in the organization they lead, they must be ready to invest their time, resources and man power to achieve the intended goal. However, not all leaders are innovative, considering that innovation is an important trait in a leader. Women leaders are found to be more innovative more than men (Eagly 17). Most men leaders like to have the power to control the individuals placed under them, to manipulate and control everything given under their care. However, most men leaders are not ready to go an extra mile to invest and come up with a new innovation in the organization which will make the company achieve its goal. Women are more focused in business than men. What a woman wants, she must get it by all means. However, the same public holds the opinion that men can equally do organization as women. This means that there is no much difference in what the public analyses to be the different traits found in women and men leaders. Majority of the public agree that most traits are shared equally between men and women, and there is no superiority in gender in terms of leadership in business. However, when it comes to other spheres of life like politics, men are believed to take the lead in making better leaders than women.
