Besides that, to managing the stress effectively for themselves, it is very important for managers understand the organizational stress process well enough to assist other with their experiences of stresses. In additions, stress occurs in human life is frequency because there are many challenge people need to face in daily. Also it is a part of student’s life, when the student study at university, they may face more difficult problem such as more expectation from their parents, financial problems, exam or assignments. Then, stress also can happen at home, school, and in businesses. Stress has numerous definitions and there are numerous routes to operate and control the stress. But, how do someone realize and managing their stresses? There are many ways to overcome the stress.
One of them are we must forgive and forget the things that you don’t like or find difficult or try forgive someone who hurt your feeling. You must accept the persons who make mistakes to you. Try to let go of any anger or resentment you may feel. When you free yourself of negative energy, that the easier it will be to move forward. Then, when you find yourself in problems or conflicts with the other persons, try find the solutions which are positive for them as well as for you and try find the real cause of the problems and deal with it. Then, you must try and changes your attitude to them, so that you do not build up the feeling of resentment or start taking your feelings out to other.

Every one can and will rationalize why they make the decisions they make. People like the infamous Al Capone never thought he was a bad person. He had rationalized the actions he took and the decisions he made. This is a good example to lead into the first principle, which is that no one should ever critize, complain, or condemn other people. Principe two suggests that you always give people or sincere appreciation. You shouldn?t sit and think about your own individual accomplishments and successes, but compliment others on their successes. The most important thing that others can give is their genuine appreciation. That is the key to getting what you want, threatening people by force or harsh words, but to get others to do what you want is to give them what they want; appreciation for their deeds. Principle three explains that most people do not care what you want. They care mostly for themselves and are not really interested in what you want. The key is to expose them on how what you want will also benefit them; it establishes eagerness and willingness in the other people. A good example of this is fishing, you don?t bait the hook with what you want to eat, you bait the hook with what the fish want. Again, thinking from the other side?s perspective.
Forgiveness is the key to allow the emotional reunion between two people who have distanced a bit as a result of a bad event. This distance may not be physical but it can be emotional and is because you are not good with another person. By apologizing both of them reunite and realize what are the reasons of conflict to avoid in the future.
In Murphy and Shoeborn’s paper, Stress Management in Work Settings, practical information in presented regarding the application of a stress management program within the workplace, along with guidance for creating a “comprehensive stress management program which encourages each individual to become more self-responsible and self-determining, and suggests that the overall program must focus on dynamics within the organization as well as within the individual” (Murphy & Shoenborn, 1987). In addition, Murphy and Shoenborn state that to develop an effective stress management program; several steps as indicated in must be applied as outlined in Figure 3
Stress is something that everyone has to deal with in life, whether it is good or bad stress. Stress management techniques are a great way to deal with stress. Some of the stress management techniques that I learned from this course are prioritization, scheduling, and execution. Using these techniques has effectively helped me deal with my own stress. When it comes to dealing with stress I still have many strengths and weaknesses that I will explain. Some stressors I have in my life that I will discuss are psychointrapersonal, social, life events, and daily hassles. Next, I will give my opinion on my post-course survey, and compare and contrast it to my pre-course survey scores. Finally, I will explain my last goals for this stress management course.
Once again, stress is a simply a fact of nature forces from the inside or outside world affecting the individual. Usually we think of stress as a negative experience. Although, stress is a neutral, negative, or positive affect. Stress is often caused by a job, relationship with others, challenges, or something where you need to reach a deadline. When you are stressed it is important that you get a lot of sleep. It is important to get rest to let your brain refresh and you may be less stressful that way. Some other ways you can manage stress is by setting priorities, discover new relaxation techniques, exercise, set realistic goals, and try to avoid stressful situations. Modern life is full of troubles, frustrations and deadlines. People have to suffer stressful from many directions and they seem to be consent to live with stress. Many people think that they can stand with stressful and it is harmless, but it is not. If people live in stress during a long period of time, it has bad effect to health and spirit. Basically, there isn’t an actual process to forgiving, but there are ways to help to get through it. Forgiving benefits one physically, emotionally, and mentally, for baring on dark days for the long run really takes a left on going in the right direction. Letting go on the anger on the inside and resentment, and stating that the boundaries are for future reference for the one causing the damage puts things into place of what is acceptable or not. Stress is defined as “any circumstances that threaten or are perceived to threaten one’s well-being and thereby tax one’s coping abilities” (Weiten & Lloyd, 2006, p. 72). Stress is a natural event that exists literally in all areas of one’s life. It can be embedded in the environment, culture, or perception of an event or idea. Stress is a constant burden, and can be detrimental to one’s physical and mental health. However stress can also provide beneficial effects; it can satisfy one’s need for stimulation and challenge, promote personal growth, and can provide an individual with the tools to cope with, and be less affected by tomorrow’s stress (Weiten & Lloyd, 2006, p. 93).
The fourth thing is to realize the things you cannot control. Learn to take a few breaths and stay as calm as possible instead of getting worked up over the things you have no control over.
Stress is an ongoing dilemma that occurs in each and everyone’s life. It is a factor that is undoubtedly a part of daily living. Due to the trivial problems that occur in people’s daily lives massive amounts of stress can arise. People perceive and manage stress in many different ways. The causes and effects of stress are numerous and one’s ability to manage stress is vital in maintaining healthy living.
