First, you need to stop immediately. If you try and just drive away you will be charged for a hit and run. Everyone that is involved in the crash must stay until the reck is completely sorted out. I have personally been in a reck and even though I was not driving or had anything to do with the reck, the police officer told me to stay until they were done. I had to explain what happened and how it happened. He then had to figure out who's fault it was and how the people that where driving had to pay for the damage.
Second, render aid. What does this mean? This means that if someone is injured and

Traffic clearance is when both cars are able to drive and no body is hurt then you can pull off to the nearest exit or place where there is more space to get out of the way of the cars on the road. You must be very careful when doing this so you don't cause other reck. If you do not stop at the nearest exit or turn off and try and run away you will be fined.
Fourth, contact police. If you get into a reck you mush contact police if the damage is $1500 or more. You must do this even if there is not another person involved. If you do not do this it is a hit and run reck and you can be charged for it. When the police drive you may be told to show insurance polices so that they know you can pay for the damage.
Fifth, exchange information. You need to have your drivers license when involved in a crash. You will also need to have insurance proof. You are also required to give your name and address, so that if they need to get ahold of you later on. And finally you need to give them your vehicle registration

Contemporary literature is the sharing of timeless truths that still hold relevance in our current society in a current manner. There is a saying “What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the Sun.” (Ecclesiastes 1:9, n.d.). What the saying means is that anything we experience now has already been experienced and to believe that you have a fresh new idea, way of thinking, activity or anything than you are mistaken. Everything that can be thought of already has been. The story that I read during this session that reminds of this and has helped shape my view on contemporary literature is “Car Crash While Hitchhiking”, it was written by Denis Johnson. I’m going to explain how this story in

Hixson, Creager and myself exitted Negrons car and made our way to the totaled vehicle to check the statues of the occupants and find a way to get them out as safely and as fast possible. Hixson dirrected to the passanger side of the vehicle and started trying asking if the older gentlement was okay, while trying to find a way in. Creager and myself dirrected to the driver side of the vehicle. Creager started working on the door trying to open it up while myself started tending to the driver of the vehicle. I started to ask him simple question to test his situational awarness of the accident and to see where he could be injuried and if
The first step is to get away from oncoming traffic to be safe. Drive to the nearest distances where the ground is leveled and firm. Safely pull several feet off the side of the road. If possible find a well lit place, such as a parking lot. Put the car into park, engage the parking brake, so that the car does not roll away while the car is off the ground, and put on the hazard lights.
Summary: The film starts off with with a car crash. The detective sitting in the car and he says, “ It’s the sense of touch in LA, people don’t touch”. I found this specific quote to be interesting.
Disappointment, disbelief and fear filled my mind as I lye on my side, sandwiched between the cold, soft dirt and the hot, slick metal of the car. The weight of the car pressed down on the lower half of my body with monster force. It did not hurt, my body was numb. All I could feel was the car hood's mass stamping my body father and farther into the ground. My lungs felt pinched shut and air would neither enter nor escape them. My mind was buzzing. What had just happened? In the distance, on that cursed road, I saw cars driving by completely unaware of what happened, how I felt. I tried to yell but my voice was unheard. All I could do was wait. Wait for someone to help me or wait to die.

1. Inform the Master and Engine room: This is obvious, but make sure you inform the Master, if he is not on bridge. Inform the engine room and stop the engine. The officer on watch should not hesitate to call the master even if he has the slightest doubt about any given situation. (The decision to stop the engine would depend on the severity of the accident and immediate action to be taken.)
Here is what you need to know about pedestrian accidents while driving. Your Duty of Care As A Driver All drivers are responsible for their actions when driving. Personal injury laws call this duty of care, which means you must act in the same way a regular person would in a similar situation. Accidents is defined as an unplanned and undesired circumstances resulting in injuries, fatalities and loss or damage of property or assets(safety.ILO, 2011). Accidents are much deeper and beyond the older clichés, accounting to bad luck or fate, almighty’s work or simply being at wrong place at wrong time. But, in todays scientific world it is neither perceived as fate nor as deity’s work but a social problem resulting from a chain of undesired events. Preventing accidents is very arduous task without knowledge of accident phenomenon and the study in the field of accident phenomenon has been very diverse but a basic question has always been raised as why does accident occur? Can there be some common pattern to it? To unravel these mysteries and predict and prevent accidents several theories and model has been postulated in the past and recent times with each having some explanatory and predictive values.
