Fantasy Sports is where you will be able to not only form your own virtual team based on actual professional players you see today but also look at the performances of each player as you recruit them. You get to look at how each player performs on the actual field. So, we are creating a fantasy sports application and a website. The purpose of our application and website is to provide our users with the best experiences when using our product. 365 Fantasy Sports is an application and website where you have the ability to draft and pick out your dream team. Not only are you able to play various sports, you are also able to enjoy a better experience compared to other applications out there as well (Isidore, 2015). Now we are find ways to better our product from other products that’s already out in the market. In order to be better than our competitors, like Yahoo or ESPN, we would have to provide the best service we can. To do so, we are going to find out how many people play fantasy sports. In an article that CNN covered, it shows that the growth of fantasy sports has grown rapidly. In 2004, there was 15 million people that play fantasy sports. In 2015, over 60 million people play fantasy sports. This means that our customer base is very big. We are going to use the estimate of how many people play fantasy sport to how many computers, employees, and other technology we need to support the number of users we have on our application.
