Fancy Pawz Located is a loca pet store. It in locate in Downtown Elkins. It has very many assets to the store, but very few people are aware of the store. This is the reason we chose Fancy Pawz; we think the store should be well known. They are not your typical pet store. They have grooming and broad for pets. When it comes to the grooming, they have a pet stylist. They also offer pet training. Fancy Pawz has connections with the Humane Society, which helps with the overcrowding at the shelter and helps them get adopt quicker. We wanted to create more awareness for the little shoppe. Fancy Pawz should use mass media to build reach to current and future customers. We would like to use interactive media to illicit registration for more information. Fancy Pawz needs an overall better website. The website URL has nothing to do with the stores name, so is a little confusing and difficult to use. It is ran by a company that is not in the state of West Virginia; we think it should be ran from someone within the store. It does not have any sale or promotion. It does not show any of the product they have. It has a place for grooming and training, but it does go any further than that. The business card at the top is a bit of distracting. They actually have a Facebook, but it is not very good. It has no link to the website. It needs more of description of everything on there. It is hardly ever used and should be monitored more. Both sites need a lot of work. The website should have a pop up so customers can enter an email to get more information or discounts. They need to be more user friendly. They can offer different discounts and specials to win prizes. There needs to be more of a way that they can contact
This company is named SimplyWee which is a kids line . These clothes are made for toddlers with a great fashion sense. Now toddlers can be dressed just as cutely as our pets are. People would think that this success was more then enough, but Maria has not stopped there she is now pushing to start a green pet food and treats line .
I thought that the work place environment was very clean and very professional. On my pictures on the poster it shows you that they even had a place for dogs to go in and a separate place for cats to go in they also have different waiting rooms for each of them.
In a second attempt to further expand the company horizons, an e-commerce site was created. This site is interesting because its main focus is not the clothing but the “lifestyle”. Upon entering the Abercrombie and Fitch website, the first thing the consumer sees is a half naked man, sprawled on the ground, eating a plate full of fruit. It is just to be inferred that he is wearing Abercrombie and Fitch clothing. This just shows how the image of Abercrombie is much more important than the clothing itself. The site itself is bright and summery. The attitude is carefree, active and sexy. Maneuvering ones way around this website is relatively easy. The links include Lifestyle, A&F TV, A&F Quarterly (the magazine/catalogue), Company, and Shop A&F. Other links include, music, movies, downloads, postcards, photos, and “hot” sites. The website seems to be almost completely focused on drawing the consumer into the lifestyle of Abercrombie and Fitch. The information the company gives is very limited. For example, throughout the entire website, there is not one mention of a company mission statement, yet there is a plethora of information about the company’s financial standings.
I would suggest that they incorporate more diversity in their ads and campaigns to reach different ethnicities if they want to continue to expand. Also, in stores, particularly the Willow Grove, PA location, is very large and spacious. Upon entering the store it is primarily women’s apparel and accessories, as well as men’s. Maybe the company can incorporate more of its products in this location, to provide consumers with more of a product assortment.

Missouri Star Quilt Co. has sixteen store fronts in Hamilton (Tupper). All of the buildings started out as fixer upper buildings. The company has a different shop for each theme of fabric (Hall). One store is kids and baby themed, one is petite, and so on (Hall). This makes it easier to find exactly what the shoppers are looking
Roses are red, violets are blue, I love my dog, and you will too. The “Puppy Paws” award would have to go to the greatest dog, Rocco. This award means a dog who is there whenever you need him. When I got Rocco, my life changed, considering the amount of responsibilities it takes to own a dog. It was all incredibly worth it though because I have been waiting for a dog since I could speak out the word dog. The “Puppy Paws” award goes to Rocco for being the greatest, and he comforts me, protects me, and plays with me.

Layout that being used for this website is a plain white which easier people to read the text that is in black, in contrast and suitable for the concept of showroom online. The font is also suits which is not too big and not too small to be read by people. To highlight the main subject or the main product, the font is being bold to alert customers that they choose the right one. There is no audio available for this website or even a video. But somehow, as it was a home furnishing website, most of the pictures being used by the website is in JPEG format to deliver a clear view of the products to customers.

The big plus for this website is the forum dialog section where users can communicate to each other by sending messages in the context of the digital camera. The third website has the simplest looks of the three. Two best features of this are the active buyer’s guide (these virtual sales assistants give the best product recommendations based on one’s specific needs and uses) and message boards which is very similar to the megapixel’s user forum. One couldn’t say if one of the three is the best since they complimented each other very well.
