Living in my family has been an interesting life. I have two very different parents. They both are polar opposites of each other. They could not be two completely different types of people. Even in their differences though they still have their similarities. Through it all they love each other and care for the other one.

My mom is a type of person that thrives off of socializing with other people. We cannot go anywhere without her finding someone to talk to. With this she has built strong bonds with people and has given herself many opportunities that most people could not achieve. My father on the other hand does not like to be social, he likes to be the silent type that sits back and studies the situation. He will talk to his friends a lot …show more content…

My dad spends as long as he can at the office, trying to get as much done as he can. It got to the point where his boss told him if he wanted to he could work from home; his boss thought he spent too much time at work. My mom will not admit she is a work-alcoholic, but ever since my brothers and I all started to go to school she started trying to find more work to do. She currently has three jobs that she constantly juggling. One is a sectary job at a middle school, the next one is a coaching job at the high school, and the final job is a photography business that both my mom and my dad own and run together. When she was only working two jobs I called her lazy and immediately regretted it. I spent almost a month living off of hot dogs. It was not my brightest move and it proved to me that, like my dad, my mom loved to work. When my dad comes home from work he usually ends will end up editing photos that my mom had taken for their business. Through this photography business they are able to be work-alcoholics together. This is where they coordinate the most and are able to work smoothly together when editing photos. I have not once seen them get upset with each other over how the photos turned out. In fact I only hear praise about each other’s
