Family and marriage counseling has gained momentum in the current world where many people are more interested in marriage-related supervision. To come up with comprehensive information about the models of supervision, there is need to incorporate traditional knowledge. In this study I am going to focus how trough the available knowledge I can support the supervisees to deliver their duties effectively and develop their self-awareness. I am focusing on the key components of systematic supervision and how the role of a supervisor may change depending on various levels of the supervisee. To support a supervisee, I would try to improve his working or experience environment. Improving the environment of a supervisee, boost his working morale and acts as a motivational for him to continue performing his duty. These levels are base on the experience of expertise. The system view development as gradual change, which takes place throughout the lifespan of a human being (Carlson & Lambie 2012). As supervisees interact with the environment they move to new levels, these levels promote development framework. Building up self-confidence is another major component of systematic supervision. Confidence improved as one moves up the level. In the integrated systems development model, it illustrates that confidence is gained through encouragement and developing a wider scope of the autonomy (Carlson & Lambie 2012).
