Some people work inside a factory and never think about the danger around them. They have worked for many years in the same place; the motion/movement of the job becomes as natural as walking or talking. In most factories, accidents happen because of not following the rules and regulations, and horseplay. Some jobs within a factory may and will have special safety equipment, and garments, which employees do have to use for his or her own safety and protection. There are jobs that an employee may need special training or certifications to perform the job. Desa International Heating once a thriving work place, which made gas heaters, and there were many dangers on the inside. Some areas/departments were more dangerous with stricter rules and regulations than others were; the paint department being the most dangerous of all. There were also some company rules that pertained to the paint department employees only, because of the type of work and the layout structure of doing the job. We will discuss the paint department operation from beginning to end and the dangers.
First, the paint line is a huge chain link belt that is hanging from the ceiling and has long metal rods with hooks on the end to hang parts on. There are four workstations, two hang on, and two take off. The hang stations are extremely dangerous because of handling raw metal parts, which will cut you faster than a razor. People that worked these two stations had to wear double-layered arm guards and special type rubberized gloves to hang the parts. The arm guards were to help prevent cuts, the gloves were to help prevent cuts, and to help keep the part from slipping because they were extremely oily and if properly performing the job did work. Finally, a factory is one of the most dangerous places you can work. There are rules and regulations on safety, and if there not followed then someone will be hurt. If we do not use the Sometimes, we cause someone to get hurt just because we are in a hurry or because we want to horseplay. If we do not use the safety equipment, and garments then chances are we will get hurt. So slow down, save the horseplay for outside, and act like the responsible adults that we are supposed to be.

If the company caused for her accident then they should accommodate for her disability and keep Pam Huber in her position but due to the fact that the accident happened on her own terms I do not think the company should be reliable for her disability and therefore Pam Huber should either accept and make the most out of her situation or leave the company. Based on all these factors I am defiantly in agreement with Wal-Mart and the district courts decision on ruling summery judgment in favor of Pam Huber.

Cosmetologists need to understand how to keep ourselves and our clients safe. Tools, implements, and cleaning furniture is the most important. Customers are always going to be coming in and out of the salon. Cosmetologist will not always know who the person is in the salon. Wash and sanitize your hands before and after a client. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) will also help prevent disease (Frangie). To prevent disease and bacteria, cosmetologists need to sanitize the tools and furniture before and after they give a service to a client.
