The sample size and demographics of persons chosen was suitable owing to the equal spread of ange and income. AUTHORISATION This report was authorised by John smith in May 2009. It will be presented to the management of James and James. Proofreading example 2 Childcare support is what the government and other organisation helps families with the cost of childcare they put in, policy advice, managements related to providing children’s services
and quality assurance according to Australian Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. Ever since the childcare was introduced, the Australian Government invested over $73 million to develop a National Child Care Management System (CCMS) Labour project for Working Families (2007) describes the term “child care” describes the care provided to a child to look after them, by someone reliable, other than parents. Also, childcare could mean, extended hour care, before and/or after school care, holiday care and emergency back-up care, these are vital points that should not be considered lightly. Childcare is a very important option, employees with infants consider when getting a job, because they also have to think about, the location, whether the childcare centre provides safety and quality environment for their child/children (Daycare hotline 2009, Kris K. Murray) Proofreading example 3 WORKPLACE MORALE I believe that having tattoos and piercings incorporated into the business work uniform will bring a new positive energy to the employes moral. Also that it will bring a new job satisfaction level to the businesss. Regarding individual performances of employees I feel that over time it will lead to a relased atmosphere as people would have the freedom to express themselves how they would normally. As we are not a food industry incorporating piercing’s into our uniform does not conflict with the Workplace Health and Safety Act. SAFETY As we are not a company involving any food or service of that nature then we are not at a major risk in safety. There is the off chance that something like a spacer could slip out of someone’s ear and fall into something. According to the workplace health and safety act, the obligations of persons in a workplace state that workers are to comply with the instructions given for workplace health and safety at the workplace by the employer at the workplace. If employees do this we will ensure that there will be no accidents.

“Jamaica’s a country of great dichotomy. On the one hand you have a tourist industry with great beaches and resorts, but on the other you have such great poverty and the violence that goes along with that.”(Michael Franti) In this paper, I will talk about the geography, the history of Jamaica, the people that live there now and that lived there in the past, the lifestyle of the society, and the society, like the government and economy.
Respite care: This is when children get support whilst living at home with their families. So the child will stay with the foster family or resident...
The literary works in which authors pay special attention to feelings, emotions and expressing ideas, are considered as poetry. As a genre of literature, poetry has many types and def poetry is one of them. With the spoken word poetry television series known as Def Poetry or Def Poetry Jam, presented by Russell Simmons, this kind of poetry has become widely known. Def poetry has become heavily associated with the poetry slam movement, which is a competition at which performance artists read or recite original work.
Child welfare system can provide resources such as child care services for single parents who lack education, which limits their employment. Such services can help the family become financially stable, and hopefully get out of living in poverty. Most services provided to families by the child welfare system have really complicated requirements that make it nearly impossible for them to receive all the necessary resources. For example, the child welfare system currently provides the family with a packet of resources, in which the family on their own must contact agency after agency for services, just to be notified that there are fees to receive services or there are long waiting lists. For the most part, families are then discouraged from asking for further assistance. The child welfare system needs to be able to address the underlying issues that disadvantaged families are dealing with, which may be playing a role in the child
Over time, the debate of childcare issue within the Canadian public policy context has been raging. Rise in the media attention of the social issue of childcare policy in Canada concentrates on the relationship and coordination among the federal, provincial, and territorial governments in addressing the social issue (Finkel, 20013). According to Lewis Steven of The Star Canada News Agency, childcare is one of the priorities the Canadian Federal Government need to consider when designing its social policies. According to Lewis (2013), the Canadian Federal Government needs to consider the safety net income as an important factor contributing to affordable childcare services in the country. In Canada, parents or members of extended family have the responsibility of providing childcare services without the consideration of family net income. However, outside the family, there are many childcare providers operating as private individuals or agencies. Such childcare providers operate as private businesses.
Child support is used when a family is under the poverty line and have children that need to be supported to attend school, be fed, clothed and sheltered. Other types of welfare include ones that benefit the disabled, wether it be intellectually or physically.
Parents are always questioning whether they would like to have any more children someday. One of the aspects parents think about in this decision is child care. Child care can be pricey and the quality of the child care is also something to think about as well. Parents want their child to grow up and become very successful in life. Choosing a daycare from infant on, is part of the process to becoming successful as they grow. For one to add on to the family they need to think about the quality of child care, the price of child care, and attention of care: how their child will be raised. High-quality child care should be provided at public expense to all working parents!
If the local authority establishes that the child is a child in need or at risk of harm, it has a duty under section 47 of the Children Act (1989) to make a care plan or child protection plan to provide support which involves adequate supervision and checks to ensure that the child is no longer at risk. The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989) promotes empowerment for children as they can exercise their right to express their views and be heard and their best interest would be at the centre of the intervention and social workers need to ensure that decisions made are not affected by the influence from family or professionals they work with (Lee & Hudson,

Commission for Social Care Inspection (2005) Making Every Child Matter, Commission for Social Care Inspection
In 1854, the first infant crèche was opened. The key function of these early programs was to offer cheap care to disadvantaged children whose mothers had a job outside the house. In 1944, when limited public support was established, the term “crèche” was changed to “day care centre”, and the National Board of Health and Welfare become the new supervisory authority. In the early stages, the main purpose of the day care centres was to offer different choices to placement in foster homes. Foster homes, day care centres, and family day care homes were connected by a familiar purpose. Professionals working in day-care and the pre-school class were expected to have comparable training and work on related content for children of all ages (Gunnarsson et al 1999). In Sweden by law children from the ages of one-twelve years have a right to a place in a pre-school.
The incredible history of the Caribbean is indeed, one of the most rich, and at the same time troubling, of the New World. Its incredibly heterogeneous population and its social racial base make it a very difficult place to, for instance, live and raise a family.
According to the ‘World Tourism Organization’ (UNWTO), the tourism industry is one of the fastest growing sectors in the world, as it is estimated that by the year 2020, 7.8 billion people (roughly a quarter of the world’s population) will embark on a foreign trip (Bennett & Gebhardt 15). The Caribbean is said to be the most economically dependent on this industry, as the ‘Caribbean Tourism Organisation’ states that the industry forms the “economic backbone of most countries in the Region”(“Caribbean Tourism Industry” 1). The implications for tourism’s affect on the region have arisen and have prompted further research into this matter. Since the 1970’s, research regarding tourism in the Caribbean has attempted to determine the social, cultural, environmental, and economic impacts of tourism. Much of the research has found that there are in fact many negative adverse effects, and Jackson’s article asserts that, “Governments often commit money and other resources to support the growth and development of tourism and often turn a blind eye to its negative impacts” (574).
