Your everyday cleaning of weapons isn’t as bad as it looks. Mainly, it is just taking apart to operator’s level and looking for the powder fouling. I own an AR 15 and an XDM 40. One thing that I am not completely sure on is, should you clean it after every time you shoot your weapon, after a certain number of projectiles has been fired through your weapon and how long should you let the weapon sit after you fire the weapon? So from the video I see that I am pretty much doing my cleaning in the same manner. Now, I use different cleaning products. I am in the army so we use CLP for everything and it hasn’t steered me wrong yet so I guess I will continue to use it on my own firearms. I’m not opposed to trying out new solvents, and will try
some of the product he has in the videos. We are humans and we are creatures of habit. I always break down my weapon in the same manner and clean all the parts the same way every time. Which is the same way the guy in the video cleans his weapon. Now when you start looking at automatic weapons they tend to get dirty a lot faster. I'm not sure if that is due to only the amount of ammunition that is feed to the “hungry little beast” or if it is to the fast cyclic rate of fire. Which brings up now that the army has gone to the M4A1, which is the same thing as the M4 and they just replaced the trigger assembly to make it fully automatic, is this going to make it dirtier than normal. In conclusion, I understand the importance of clean weapon and how it can save you a lot of heartaches. Not only for the reason to make sure they last forever but mainly, for a man in my profession, that the weapon you are using is serviceable at a moment’s notice.
Guns, Germs, and Steel was published by Jared Diamond in 1977. Diamond is a UCLA professor and a scientist and his book has received remarkable response all around the world, in fact the book has won Pulitizer Prizer and was New York’s bestseller. Despite, of being highly regarded, the book is known as one of the most controversial book of its time. A lot critics has accused this book but the critic which stood out the most was William H. McNeill. McNeill is a historian and I agree with his criticism regarding the book and its conclusion.
I first read Jared Diamond's Guns, Germs, and Steel in the Fall 2003 based on a recommendation from a friend. Many chapters of the book are truly fascinating, but I had criticisms of the book back then and hold even more now. Chief among these is the preponderance of analysis devoted to Papua New Guinea, as opposed to, say, an explanation of the greatly disparate levels of wealth and development among Eurasian nations. I will therefore attempt to confine this review on the "meat and potatoes" of his book: the dramatic Spanish conquest of the Incas; the impact of continental geography on food production; and finally, the origins of the Eurasian development of guns, germs, and steel. In terms of structure, I will first summarize the book's arguments, then critically assess the book's evidentiary base, and conclude with an analysis of how Guns, Germs, and Steel ultimately helps to address the wealth question.
At the beginning of the documentary, it explains the situation of the conquest by the Europeans. How they arrived to native people's lands, how they assimilated the native population. And their success was guns, germs and steel. The documentary says that these three elements shaped the history of modern world.

Cleanthes is trying to argue, using the analogy of the Watch and the Watchmaker, that an intelligent designer must be assumed for the purpose-revealing watch, so an intelligent Grand Designer may be inferred in explaining the purpose-revealing world. Both products, the world and watch, reveal an intricate and positive design; thus, each has to have its own intelligent designer. Also, because the universe is like a watch, we can infer it has an intelligent designer by the fact that it may be proved to be mechanical through mathematical concepts. In a watch several parts are put together for a purpose. The parts are together in a particular formation, so there must be reasons for its placement, giving away its cause of existence. Given that the watch has a purpose, this obvious design would force one to conclude the watch must have had a maker. Perfection, like that in a watch, needs a creator because the coincidence or chance of being made without a creator is highly unlikely. The belief that a watchmaker will always exists, even if the individual does or know a watchmaker or has seen a watch made, no other explanation of a watch’s existence could be feasible or logical without believing that there was once a watchmaker. Whether the contraption works or not is not the focus; the focus is on whether a plan has been made for the instrument to reveal that a design was intended.
I believe that the environment deiced whether a society will or will not have technology, militaristic and farming abilities imbedded within the society. That will give an advantage so that one society is better equipped than others.
The gun cleaning process can seem long and tedious, but it can be broken down into a few simple steps. Gun cleaning is essential for the gun to continue to work properly and efficiently. I will be discussing why you should clean your gun, when you should clean your gun, and finally how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble a Remington 11-87 semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun.
There is nothing better then realizing that each indigenous people evolved into something better or that they found ways to survive in situations they weren’t use too. There were many changes that happened over time that cause for situations to change for everyone around them. But it also has helped with being able to progress with the way they lived. Jared diamond the author of Guns, Germs and Steel interpret his famous theory oh how we came to be. How the geography luck helped each country developed more rapidly than others as well as being able to expand more. However they also had geography luck when it came to how many advantages they had with the technology nevertheless, germs also was a big part of how the conquered most of the lands because it would kill instantly millions of european and
ORAL HYGIENE:- It is recommended that a comprehensive oropharyngeal cleaning and decontamination must be carried out every 2-6 hourly. Using Chlorhexidine swab and brush is highly recommended.
This week I, learned that when inspecting a rifle barrel to look for pitting especially near the crown as this will minimize my accuracy. I, learned that using a cleaning rod can cause damage to my rifling, making my projectiles not fully stabilize. Having a rough or not broken in barrel, can tear at my bullets and cause more fouling. Until reading the article, I would have never thought to Electropolish anything on my rifle.
Any look at contamination would be remiss without taking a first look into cleaning or, specifically, cleaning procedures! The study looked at two different police districts in Norway, and an important thing to note was that there was no standard universal procedure regarding washing/cleaning up after examining exhibits or evidence taken from crime scenes. The one thing they had in common was washing examination tables and floors, but there was no specific cleaning attention paid to regularly touched spots. In one district, examinations involving blood stains were followed with a cleaning regime of Rely+On Vircon; otherwise, household soap was used. In contrast, ethanol wipes were the chosen implement of
Millions of people own and drive cars, but many of those people go through their whole lives not knowing anything about how to fix or notice the minor details of their cars. Every now and then they shell out hundreds, or even thousands of dollars to take their cars to get fixed for small things. If they were to able to take a little of their time and much less money, they could easily take care of some things themselves. A few of these problems include the following: the charging system, oil changes, and fluid levels.

As the development of aviation industry grows, more and more aircraft crashes occur. There are many reasons that lead to aircraft crashes, but one of them, is because of improper aircraft maintenance. Why is proper aircraft maintenance so important? Proper aircraft maintenance is critical in order to keep the aircraft can function properly, every aircraft part is in good condition and ensure the safety of pilots and passengers. Proper maintenance has many parts. The most common part is inspections, which pilots do them every day; the main part is overhaul and repair of an aircraft; and maintenance documentation is another important part of aircraft maintenance which improper maintenance documentation has caused many incidents.
