Done with the system and done apply the system in the business, I am going to evaluate the entire project. To know whether the system is useful or not, I asked the views of the users of the system. To know about the users views, I went to meet the two employees who managed the handle the selling report of the business three days after I applied the system to the business. I asked them whether the system is useful or not, hard to use or not, as well as their suggestion for the system. One of them said that the system is quite helpful and quite hard for the first time. The other employee said that the system made them more efficient since they did not need to waste their time too much to make the selling report, however the system is quite confusing for them. From these two users, I realized that my system might be useful for the business but it need to be simpler since the system is confusing for them. These positive and negative opinions from the users are an important input and suggestion for me to improve for the next project.
To make sure that the system is success to help improving the business, I carried out some tests to evaluate the product. I tested the system based on the method of testing and compared the results with the design specifications. Based on the method of testing, the first test is to check if I have provided more than 20 dummies data in the system. According to the result of the system, there is 43 dummies data in the product. That means my system can be categorized as success in the first test. The next test, I asked the employees if the system is hard or not to use and unfortunately most of them said that it is quite hard and confusing. In the design specification, it also written that I need to asked the...

...ion, I have performed really well during the creating process; however I realized that it still needs an improvement especially in the time management. For the next project creating stage, I think I need to make a better time management so that the create stage will become much better.
In my opinion, the system which is a solution for the business impacts both myself and the business. From this system, I have learnt about the business, how to make them more efficient, and especially learnt the Microsoft Office excel and its functions. Other than affecting me, it also affect the users and the business itself, the system obviously help and make the business more efficient. This system will impact on the selling report of the business which make the business run better. These are the impacts of the system for the society and fortunately both impacts are good impacts.
...takes to set up information in the system. The level of understanding would improve through partaking or getting involved and henceforth could be adapted easily. All the bits and pieces of the project would rapidly increase or grow as per the workflow process. At the end, the overall CPOE system should be able to compare the manual method with the new electronic system and tell which is best and accurate to use and also tell how much time and money will be saved when using either system. At the end of the project the team should be able to come together and discuss whether or not the project met all of the company’s needs such as if it is reliable, efficient, safe and secure and also does it save time and money. Then, if the system has more advantages than disadvantages and it is worth all of the team’s time and effort it would be best to continue with the project.
The team implementing the new system were required to do both functional and systematic requirements thus affecting the implementation of the new system
Good Design is very important for an organisation. A good functional design enhances profitability and can provide a competitive edge. It starts with the customer and ends with a customer. A good design is feasible, acceptable and flexible. (Russell / Taylor, operations management, second edition)
It is evident that the information system used by Kahuna Cleaning Supply is rather slow and inefficient. The director of sales reports that the business lost a big order recently to the competitor who was able to provide the potential client with timely estimates online. In addition, the system is marred with a lot of errors while making orders and requisitions. The customers are not connected with an online interface and this makes it difficult for the company to compete favorably on the information front. The manual system is therefore obsolete, slow and unprofitable to the company. Therefore, in order to leverage their effectiveness and competitive edge, management seeks do develop a system that incorporates all the functions in a customer friendly interface. In this regard, a study will be undertaken on the current operat...
Initially, the managers usually lose their confidence whether the benefits of ABC system can really outweigh the costs, e.g., this may not be applicable for small businesses where the costs can exceed its benefits. In addition, some managers may be unaware about ABC system and does not know how such system can increase the success of an organisation, e.g., some managers may not be curious to know about current trends happening in the new costing system. Moreover, the organisation may be reluctant to accept changes amongst managers and employees, e.g., some employees may resist changes in an organisation due to the inability to handle new technologies. Ultimately, concerns may still raise when trying to consider the massive resource requirements to implement ABC, e.g., small firms often require large capital funds when investing in a IT system for ABC
Once the system has been put into place, it is rather easy to use. The main advantage of the point system is that it is a more precise way to evaluate a job. It is a more comprehensive job evaluation system in that it includes the talents, energies, duties and working environments from one job to the next. Financial responsibility, leadership, collaboration and other key indicators are included as well. The fourth type of system is the Work Evaluation system and this system measures a job’s value through its importance to the business and the goals set forth. By using this type of system, an energetic business can truly see how a job contributes and relevance in attaining the company goals or objectives. The disadvantage to this type of evaluation is that certain jobs that are important and needed are overlooked due to the main focus on its worth to helping the company achieve its

Three waves of systems theory were developed (Healy, 2005). The first wave, being General systems theory. General systems theory is about focussing on a more effective social order for the client,...
The advantages of using an ABC system are that it helps identify what process of the business is performing well and which processes need extra attention (Writer). This system can
End-user input should be sought and highly valued when building a system that will be used by end users. No one has the expertise like the persons who will be using the system and have worked on the old system for years; they can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience on what the system can do.
The purpose of the new system that I will develop is to improve on the
An organization must listen to the customer. The customer will provide feedback that feedback could be positive or negative. This system functions efficiently when the organization is able to take the feedback provided by the customer and utilize that information through the SIPOC model. The provided feedback will give the organization the results of the product or service and will identify the system as being efficient or
The basic aspects of the decision making process. First the problem is defined, relevant objects are observed and classified, measurements are taken of their activities and data are collected in a database or file so that the decision maker can understand the problem. From this data, functional relationships are develop from various patterns and predictions, or inferences are made. Criteria are selected for decision making and for enlisting various alternatives. From these criteria a decision model is used to select the best or most satisfactory alternatives or course of action. Management action is then taken. Finally, an accounting system is used to measure the outcome of the action and to feed the results back into the decision process for management to make the next decision. In some case, many of these processing steps are automated. In other case, they are done by the decision maker based on the information provided by the accounting information system and computer software used to assists management in the decision making process. Throughout the decison making process are communication channels through which information flows, and there are numerous feedback loops for more information on the results of actions and its bearing on future decisions.
...creased project value generation” and subsequently enhanced productivity. When time management is organized in a way to exploit the risk opportunities identified in the early project phase, increased productivity can result.
An impact of introducing an e-commerce system to an organisation is that they get more customers as they are promoting their product out there; this means that customers will increase and the company will have more demands. This will make the business make revenue as the sales
