Andy came from a family that didn’t have much. As a child, his parents struggle to find a home and lived in his father’s brother garage. Both his parents are immigrants and didn’t have an education, so they never in courage Andy to do well in school. Years later, his father got a trucking job and made enough to afford a home. Andy is a high school drop. He went homeless for about 8 months because his father kicks him out of his home. Success can be an extremely broad subject. There is an abounding amount of different views on what the “true” definition of success is. Personally, I believe that success is finding happiness. Success is waking up in the morning and not having to worry about whether or not the bills are going to be paid this month. Success is having a job that you enjoy going to every day. Success is having friends and family who love and support you. Success does not mean that one has to be exceedingly rich or have a lakeside mansion. As long as they are happy, they have succeeded in life.

Success is not earning a fat juicy check at the end of each month, or being a part of a large social group filled with fraudulent people that appear as familiar faces. But it is a person discovering him or herself after they had been lost and establishing a sense of purpose that makes them fills them with a warm glowing sense of accomplishment. To many people success means the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. But what it really means is more than just that; is having a beautiful and amazing family of two boys and one girl, and have the best wife. Also, success means reaching my goals or dreams, like starting my new manufactory and insurance business and keep working hard because in order to reach things I must be ready to fall and rise up. But like I said, to obtain where I want to be; I’ll first need to finish college having my Bachelor in Accounting and start from zero.
Even though you may think you can succeed without a plan, every decision made will either help or hinder success because all actions have consequences and people who take personal responsibility succeed. Success only truly comes with being happy. Happiness and success are the accomplices of one another. Someone cannot have accompanies without the other. Happiness brings success, and success brings even more happiness. Success, in the dictionary, is defined as the achievement of something desired planned or attempted. Successful people are people who live intensely goal orientated lives by implementing the discipline of goal setting. They normal have a written out goal statement or a list of clearly defined goals with specific measures to indicate to them when a specific goal has been achieved. This goal setting statement is not just a vague or generalized statement. If you study any number of self improvement books you will usually be advised that "goal setting" is one of the principal ways to ensure a successful life.

For some people it is having it all, and for others it is about giving back. The true success to me is in giving back once you have achieved your goal in life. For example, as of now I cannot repay my parents for pretty much anything even though I would love to. My parents are my support just how the employees of the company supported Mr. Thompson. Without my parents I would not be as successful today, same goes for Mr. Thompson without his employees staying loyal to him for years, he would not have been as successful.
