Workplace discriminations were not a new issue in management today. It means inequitable and unfair to workers or job applications based on personal attributes that are irrelevant to job performance. In working area, discriminations are disclosed with its occurrences. For example, discrimination by colleagues to new employees is a widespread scenario in an organization. If that discrimination lasts for a long time, it not only brings negative feedback to employees but also the employer. A victim who is being discriminated from peers is suffering in psychological and emotional disturbance, and then leading in decreasing of performance and poor cooperation between employees.
Whether it be with the woman that is over qualified, but gets turned down so the under qualified male sports fanatic can step into the position or to the senior citizen who knows the job in and out so that the more athletic younger version can fill the spot, it’s happening in almost every business. 3.0 CONCLUSION
In most developed countries, there are more women than men enter to university for advance study. In addition, the women always perform better than men by getting good grades in college or university. For example, there are more women than men are educated to get doctors in Britain. Since women are increasingly playing the important role in the international development, hence the issue of gender discrimination should be resolved as well as possible.
