The fact throughout each of the 9 facts of how unhealthy processed foods are is the addiction leading to the emotional state being affected by what is put into the food. There are several flavor enhancers, chemicals, and hormones inserted into the foods and animals that we eat in the present such as monosodium glutamate and genetically modified organisms that are affecting the mind day by day. Those hormones are triggering the brain to think a certain way after eating a significant amount of food especially if it was all processed. My topic is solely based on the Health and Food Industry. Take a second to understand why fast food firms choose to sell products that are unhealthy. Their unhealthy products are in a high demand in the food market; in fact, they are simply giving us what we demand for. Most firms have started putting food labels on their menus so there is no room for excuse when making the right food choices. Nobody is forcing us to eat a whole box of Krispy crème donuts or a super-size meal at McDonalds. I believe that we are always looking for shortcuts in life and now we can anticipate there is a shortcut in what we put into our bodies. Fast food companies have caused a massive negative impact to society over the last couple of years despite the companies promise to produce healthy and nutritious meals.
