Computer technology is just only a tool, it actually relies upon other factors whether it serves to cause damage or enhance children's lives depends on how it is used. So, the society, the parents and the authorities must take part in helping to minimize the negative effects and make full use of the positive effect of computer technology usage in children's lives.
