Climate Change:
A change in the statistical distribution of climate over periods of time, which can range from decades to millions of years, is known as climate. This can be a change in distribution, of weather or a change in the characteristics of weather itself. To further understand climate an example can be taken as in the last decade extreme weather events have been seen such as the floods in Pakistan. Lastly climate is not limited to a specific region.
For example, a change in the usual timing of rains or temperatures can affect when plants bloom and set fruit, when insects hatch or when streams are their fullest. This can affect historically synchronized pollination of crops, food for migrating birds, spawning of fish, water supplies for drinking and irrigation, forest health, and etc
INTRODUCTION:
Pakistan is home to some of the world’s most beautiful and varied landscapes and wildlife. However, like many countries, Pakistan is experiencing the effects climate change.
Pakistan is an agro based economy; hence it is directly related to water and susceptible to the effects of climate changes. Lack of modern resources and equipment have acted as an obstacle in monitoring the likelihood of occurrence of extreme events and thus development of short term strategies becomes extremely difficult. As stated before affect of climate change in countries such as Pakistan impact multiple sectors .These sectors...

However International treaties and etc are being tabled at federal and provincial level. Currently the approach is being applied at local government level. Pakistan needs to divert resources in the development of national plan that will address and outline priority of different issues For Pakistan the two key approaches are are mitigating and adaptation aims to allow vulnerable groups to adjust and live with the changes in the environment and economy. Mitigating is another way where feasible strategies need to be identified to reduce the emissionof CO2 for limiting the magnitude of future climate change.
, Through this approach stakeholders were able to find out response mechanism for reducing the vulnerability of Pakistani. Media should create awareness among the masses , so the impact and consequences are known

Climate change describes the changes that are happening to the planet in different countries or regions (NASA, n.d.). Climate change is caused by global warming,
Earth’s average temperature has increased about 0.8 degrees Celsius since 1880 and another degree could cause even more problems than there already are. Climate change is an important issue to be aware of because it is real and it affects you and the things around you each and every day. Every day animals lose habitats and die because climate change caused there home to burn, or their food sources started to deplete, etc. Along with these, more and more CO2 is being released into the air due to wildfires burning which is causing the atmosphere to heat even more. With the temperature increasing the oceans will become warmer and evaporation and rainfall patterns will change which will affect humans and animals, because we all work together in a system. There are many consequences of climate change like human health issues, and more animals becoming endangered, but the most important consequence is the rising amounts of wildfires.
Climate change is the change in the “average weather” in a specific location. This can include temperature, precipitation, wind, humidity, and the different seasons. Climate change is caused by the release of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse
Global Warming changing the earth’s climate is already having an effect on the world’s water supply in many ways, and is predicted to be much worse. Global Warming and climate change will influence water temperatures, weather systems and for the amount of water in streams and rivers. A change in the world’s water is a concern for the whole world. Climate change will affect both the quality and the quality of water, algae and bacteria will grown in areas where they are not normally found, and in other areas, salinity of the water will rise. A rise in atmospheric temperature will speed up the pace of the water cycle, it produce more rapid evaporation leading to more intense storms, floods and drought. In some cases, areas can become susceptible to becoming wetter and drier than normal, experiencing increased flooding in the winter and more drought risks in the summer.
The effects of climate are felt throughout the world, all living things are affected with it. The effects of climate change are affecting directly the human life. It has been noticed that around the globe, seasons are shifting, temperatures are climbing and sea levels are rising. The world compares to century ago, it has changed drastically and it is becoming worse with climate change. Climate change will rapidly alter the lands and waters which we all depends upon for survival which will leave our children thus the future generation with a different world. In the time to come if not much is done for the case of climate change, There will be shortage of food and drinks, many new illnesses and diseases and some part of the world will become in appropriate for living things to live due to natural disaster. It can be that with the rapid Global warming and climate change, one-fourth of Earth’s species could be headed for extinction by the year 2050.
Climate change occurs when there is a significant variance in the climate which last for several decades or longer and not for a short period of time. Climate change includes changes in elements such as temperature, precipitation and wind patterns.
in a habitat, changes in climate, the development or destruction of a mountain range, river
Climate change has become of the world’s major issue today. The earth’s climate is always changing in a very fast and also in different ways. Climate changes affect our lives psychologically, emotional and also physically. Climate change is defined as a long term change in the earth’s climate, especially a change due to the increase in the average atmospheric temperatures. Due to this change in temperature, a lot of changes has occurred in our environment, these changes include rising sea levels, flooding, melting of polar ice caps, hotter days, colder nights and heat waves. These climate changes plays an important role in shaping our natural ecosystem, our human economics and also the most important, it affects the human race. For
Climate change is a long-term change in regional or global climate patterns. From the mid twentieth century to now, there has mostly been a significant increase in average global temperatures. Climate change is a major issue in the world today, and a lot of people feel very differently about the cause of it. The common argument is whether climate change is a natural occurrence or if the recent increase in temperatures is because of humans. Climate change is a natural cycle in the Earth’s weather.
Climate change is one of the major issues surfacing on Earth over the past century. The earth’s temperature has increased over the years, leading to detrimental effects on the economic and life sources of people, especially that of agricultural production and livestock. The Merriam-Webster online dictionary (2014), defined climate change as a change in global climate patterns apparent from the mid late 20th century. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, IPCC, (2007) predicts that by 2100 the increase in global average surface temperature may be between 1.8° C and 4.0° C. With increases of 1.5° C to 2.5° C, approximately 20 to 30 percent of plant and animal species are expected to be at risk of extinction. Moreover, the IPCC (2007) purported that climate change has severe consequences for food security in developing countries.
As defined by the Oxford dictionary, climate change is, “a change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onwards and attributed largely to the increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels.” (Oxford Dictionaries) Moreover, evidence of climate change can be found all over the world, and in many different forms, but is especially prevalent in certain regions. For instance, in Southeast Asia, specifically the nation of the Philippines, signs of climate change can be observed frequently, if not regularly. One major ...
Climate Change is any substantial change in climate that lasts for an extended period of time. One contributor to current climate change is global warming, which is an increase in Earth’s average temperature. Plants and animal species throughout the world are being affected by rising temperatures. Many plants are flowering earlier now than they once did; animals, such as the yellowbellied marmot, are emerging from hibernation earlier; and many bird and butterfly species are migrating north and breeding earlier in the spring than they did a few decades ago, all because of slight changes in temperature cues. (Shuster)
Nature is something that no one can be 100 percent sure about and changes in any period of time. The earth’s temperature is dependent on the balance of the energy entering and leaving the planet. According to the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), change in the planets orbit can lead to an increase on the climate on the planet. Nature also has an effect on climate change with external events, events that are not on the climate system. Volcanic eruptions and change in solar radiation are two of the external events that cause climate to change on earth. Although these two events cause the climate to change, they only have a short term effect (Canada). Islands and dry place are more common to have an increase in temperature because of the amount of energy that is generated and released back to the atmosphere. As the ozone is breaking down, the amount of solar energy being generated and released to the atmosphere is greater than before, which produces an increase on the world’s climate. Movement of crustal plates is also something that changes the climate on earth. The Northern Hemisphere usually gets warmer than the Southern Hemisphere due to the amount of land mass the Northern Hemisphere has. Around every eleven years, according to CSI, the amount of dark sunspots on the sun decrease from the maximum amount of sunspots to the minimum amount. Scientist call
According to the Canada’s Action on Climate Change, Climate change is a long-term shift in weather conditions identified by changes in temperature, precipitation, winds, and other indicators. Climate change can involve both changes in average conditions and changes in variability, including, for example, extreme events. Climate change is one of the biggest crisis in the earth. It will cause a huge damage to the eco-system and human. We are the victims of the climate change. However, we are the one who cause the climate change.
Climate change is caused due to the release of few carbon compounds into the atmosphere, which drastically brought the weather changes all over the world. Climate change is not confined to a single region. It has become an important issue all over the world for the past few years.
