Success by definition according to Dictionary.com is, "The accomplishment of one's goals" though success differs from person to peron only one characteristic will remain the same to ones road to success and that characterictic is communication. Communication by definition according to Dictionary.com is, "The imparting or interchange of thoughts, opinions, or information by speech, writing, or signs." Ones ability to communicate well to others will determine ones chance to achieve succes. For civil rights activist Cesar Chavez achieving success would not have been possible without his communication skills. Cesar Chavez was so successful due communication his ability to communicate well to people made him able to convunce others to follow his beliefs which contributed to his succes. Website Biography.com states, "After working as a community and labor organizer in the 1950s, Chavez founded the National Farm Workers Association in 1962. This union joined with the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee in its first strike against grape growers in California in 1965. A year later, the two unions merged, and the resulting union was renamed the United Farm Workers in 1972. In early 1968, Chavez called for a national boycott of California table grape growers. Chavez's battle with the grape growers for improved compensation and labor conditions would last for years. At the end, Chavez and his union won several victories for the workers when many growers signed contracts with the union. He faced more challenges through the years from other growers and the Teamsters Union. All the while, he continued to oversee the union and work to advance his cause. As a labor leader, Chavez employed nonviolent means to bring attention to the plight of farm workers. He led marches, called for boycotts and went on several hunger strikes. Success comes to those that are able to communicate efficiently to others. Without communication Cesar Chavez, Adolf Hitler, and poison dart frogs would not be successful. Cesar Chavez would have never change the working conditions of farmers without gaining a mass following he would have never getting a mass following without communication. Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party would have never acquired their desired success of being in total control over Germany without Hitlers persuasive speeches communicating that he and the Nazi party would be best for Germany and create an elite Germany. The poison dart frog would not be able to produce offspring without communicating that they are dangerous, and to be avoided by predators. They would not live long enough to be successful without them communicating that they are dangerous and that they should be avoided. All this proves that communication is the key to success and this is true for every living being. Everyone wants to live a successful life and for everyone to achieve the desired success they must be able to communicate well. Success can't be obtained without communication and the more this is real life by the public the more successful people will be. Everyone can be successful if they communicate well Cesar Chavez, Adolf Hitler, and the poison dart frogs or just the sun examples of how successful one can be due to communication
