To assess the benefits, I am creating a situation. I am working as a team lead in SuitsMe an Asian clothing company having team of 10 agents. My manager comes to me and shows me the sales report for today and which is really pathetic and hence, he gives me target of 5000 pounds in 6 hours. I can’t do it alone and so I call up team meeting and distribute the roles to all 10 team member. In this way, I am getting access of great productivity with the help of team in very short time. This is the biggest benefit of working in team. Moreover, I am exploring 10 different ideas to how to tackle this kind of tough situation. Therefore, working in a team gives great efficiency, good productivity and also, gives wider range of ideas.

Part of being a good leader is knowing how important it is to receive the best ideas from each member of their team. We attend group meetings where we discuss any challenges, issues, and problems. At these meetings, we often exchange ideas or brainstorm new ones with each other and come up with the best and most creative team solutions as potential answers to those perceived problems.
