boredom admittedly that bad is profound because while one side believes it is a waste of time
the others appraise it is healthy for humans. On the other hand, boredom is genuinely not all
that dreadful because it may also assist you in being creative, sorting out your feelings, and it
may also benefit your health and sleep.
Creativity is a positive effect of being bored. To be creative you have use of the
imagination or original ideas. For example, Karen Gasper a researcher says, ' If you were asked

Your health and sleep is surprising something that can be improved by being bored. " Boredom

are too active." From your brain being so interminable at thinking throughout the day you also

Boredom needs to be a part of everyday life for humans all around.
Boredom was everywhere in my world, and if you asked the kids, as often as I did, why they felt so bored, they always gave me the same answers: They said the work was stupid, that it made no sense, that they already knew it. They said they wanted to be doing something real, not just sitting around. They said teachers didn’t seem to know much about their subjects and clearly weren’t interested in learning more. And the kids were right: their teachers were every bit as bored as they were
In a novella by Ayn Rand called Anthem, creativity is a sin, punishable by lashes or, if severe enough, death. Curiosity, because it is one of the branches of creativity, is also a great wrongdoing. In the beginning, Equality 7-2521 talked of his sins and that the curse he has that causes his curiosity “is our wonder and our secret fear, that we know and do not resist” (18). Technology, although incredibly mindboggling, was the reason he feared the repercussions of his thought-crimes.
...ich may be described as a desperate addiction to discovery is a fine concept but a dangerous practice. Man's natural flaws debase any professed altruistic goal; all attempts at discovery are ultimately revealed to be corrupt, selfish, and misbegotten.
middle of paper ... ... Our curiosity is what makes our interactions interesting and entertaining. As members of society, it is our innate ability to wander further than what we have in front of us. We want to impose our opinions on everything.
When most people think of sleep, they think of it as a relaxed but yet not a very important part of our daily lives. What most people don’t understand is although we are not up and moving around and getting tasks completed, our brains are still very active. Without sleep our bodies do not function correctly on a daily basis, and our mental state is at risk.

People say boredom is caused when someone is left with nothing to do. I strong disagree. Boredom is something much more primitive that just lacking things to do. How times have we had an important task, but could never complete it because we felt bored right in the middle of doing it? Boredom can strike anybody, and there are no explainable causes for it; you just feel bored.
Curiosity is an important and powerful trait. It keeps your mind active because curious people are always asking questions and search for the answers in their minds. It opens your mind up to new ideas. When you are curious about something, your mind can anticipate new ideas that relate to it. It takes curiosity to discover a new world of possibilities. With a curious mind, there will always be new things that attract your attention. Pandora in Theogony by Hesiod shows us why being curious can be very dangerous. Although it may seem being curious is such a great and healthy trait because it helps keep your mind active, there can also be a downside to it.
First of all People who stay at mars get bored when they are in the rocket because they get mad and sad. For instance,in paragraph 9 of danger this mission that can bore you to death it says “The cognitive and social psychologist Peter Suedfeld says that people will sometimes do reckless, stupid things when they suffer from chronic boredom.” People do reckless and stupid things when they are really bored. Also in the
To begin, people can become addicted to dopamine, a chemical in the human brain that is released when one is having much stimulation by entertainment, without it people can feel very bored. Dopamine can have the same effect drugs can, dopamine can become a necessity for humans when receiving too much. Matt Richtel states, “a dopamine squirt that researchers say can be addictive. In its absence, people feel bored.”(Richtel 9) Many believe, people can keep a phone handy a get a quick entertainment fill if they start to feel bored. But simply, cellular services and wifi may go down and many cannot do anything about it.
Life, itself, existing might not be enough to conquer boredom. The slow process of enlarging a hole by repetitive movements is called boring. This may be why things, that are slow and repetitive that don’t appear to be going anywhere, came to be described as the same word, these things are boring. Boredom, which means being temporarily uninterested in anything happening, has been found as far back as ancient Pompei. Boredom is a feeling we, as humans, don't like, and it happens to everyone. But now we have Facebook, Youtube, Google, and iPhone games to keep ourselves occupied. So why do we get bored and why is boredom important? Although boredom seems trivial to humans, boredom is actually exciting because it is the most unique emotion of all.
What exactly is creativity? To be creative is to understand and connect the small details of our experiences, both good and bad (creative something). Creativity involves a person using his or her original ideas to create something. Artists such as poets, writers, painters, designers, and more use creativity on a regular basis. They use creativity to come up with new ideas and create original works of art. A poet would use his or her creative abilities to write and produce a poem just like a painter would use creativity to paint a painting.
Boredom is usually considered egregious, but is it really that bad to your body. When you have nothing to do your body is able to rest besides a portion of your brain. This part of your brain is not used during the day but its used for creativity, imagination, and memories. This part of your brain grows stronger during these actions without it this section of the brain will become inadequte.
Boredom comes in a period of thoughts where none of my interests are being consciously struck. It’s a selfish concept so to speak. Ideally, as individuals we would never be bored if we found happiness in all things. Everyone has their own interests and their own tastes. Thats a simple phrase that most everyone knows, but in the grand scheme of things it means a lot. This freedom of self-concept is the window for boredom to arise.
Since we are born we have imagination and as we grow up this imagination may increase or decrease. Creativity strongly relies in our imagination. Depending on different circumstances people learn to express their creativity openly while other people close themselves and believe they do not have creativity. Creativity is a natural talent that every single human has. Creativity can be used to solve a complex problem in a different manner or just to find innovative ways to have fun. Creativity is thinking out of the box. Even though creativity cannot be taught from scratch there should be a class that is specific for creativity.
