Trees absorb carbon dioxide, prevent soil erosion and provide habitat for all living organisms. Planting more trees to enjoy the fresh air created by plants and contribute to saving the earth. In addition, everyone ought to minimize the use of plastic bags which is very difficult to recycle and can survive in hundreds years. If a lot of used plastic bags are not handled property, they will cause tremendous consequences later. To reduce them, people should refuse to use plastic bags offered by supermarkets, instead, use long-lasting shopping bags and use paper bags or biodegradable bags. People also should use natural materials. Firstly, the government must minimize the loss of natural resources and the negative impact on the environment during exploration, exploitation, processing. Minerals resources are the important assets of the country, have the significant role in protecting ecological environment. However, natural resources are finite resources and most of them are non-renewable. Therefore, the government must have the deep survey, plan of exploitation, processing minerals resources. Anything exploited must be enhanced and refined before use. In addition, they should invest funds to handle pollutants generated during mining and using minerals such as dust, poison control, wastewater treatment, planning and construction of waste dumps. In a world where coal, oil, and natural gas are limited, countries are gobbling it all up as fast as they can before other poorer countries come on the grid. Even though America and other countries gobble up these resources the life of the people is still a struggle to meet basic needs. Sustainability is an intermingling of resource use and protection of the “quality of life”, it is met by using resources sparingly and by recycling or reducing the use of other non-renewable resources to provide for our immediate need, but also to conserve and protect the needs of the next generation and to improve the quality of all the lives to come.
Many of these problems that might harm mankind’s survival on earth are results of mankind’s own actions such as increasing consumption of energy, water and raw materials, increasing production of waste and emissions and increasing usage of land. In scientific terms, Earth is considered many things; it harbours life, it’s the third planet away from the sun, it’s mostly made up of water, however amongst all it is home. The global temperature of the earth has risen about 1.8° since 1884, and the amount of land ice is dropping by about 286 gigatonnes per year; these changes to our home planet are the result of our human selfishness and short sightedness. To save our planet, we need to act on a global scale and give up our luxuries for the sake of the whole world. Clearly, the most important thing in life is to take positive action instead of being passive.

The truth is a frightening thing however it is true if we don’t act to improve our habits soon it might just be a reality, recycling should be mandatory for all households in order to prevent this trash filled grim future.

The amount of Illegal dumping increases in Japan because the recycling fee is high cost and such dumping causes to environmental pollution. The government should strengthen the recycling law. Also, the recycling its self has small effect for reducing CO2 emission , but important thing is that people try to reduce amount of wastes by being aware of recycling. The government encourages recycling by establishing recycling low however, the government should improve systems and facility because they are not enough. Industrial companies should use the recycling system because they can get materials at lower cost, and inform to customers to collect valuable resources from items that they do not use any more.
Nowadays environmental pollution plays a very important role in the biggest questions in our everyday life. It is easy to find there is so much trash around us even in our beautiful campus. For example, these days I usually see some cans, wine bottles, and some paper trash like packaging bags in my way to class.
