Driverless cars are a problem. Did you know that there have been 693 car crashes involving a driverless car in 2024 alone? This poses a huge risk to not only the drivers of these cars, but also poses a risk to the people around them. This shows that the Self-driving cars should not be trusted on the road and that they should not be allowed on the road and this is why Driverless vehicles are a problem and they need to be stopped. This problem is serious because it could potentially take lives and injure others. According to the Wall Street Journal “Tesla recalls 1.6 million cars for autopilot fixes” This shows that the autopilot feature is not safe and should not be trusted on the road. If we allow this problem to continue, there is going to be more and more crashes and deaths that come along with these cars. A solution could be to stick to Uber, Lyft and taxi services because then you would know that you were getting a driver that had to go past a test and is safe on the road.
