The business industry is probably the most effected, including real estate and casino, followed by the entertainment business; reality television.
In the business industry, trump is best known for his effects on the real estate industry. Trump’s real estate developments during the 80’s were cause of rapid growth of the real estate market. In 1978 he bought the Bonwit Teller department store and later went on to build a 68-story tower that was on Fifth Avenue. In the 1980s, Donald Trump bought a team in the upstart United States Football League. The New Jersey Generals, going on to start the league's antitrust lawsuit against the National Football League. Trump moved to deal to deal. Trump was experiencing success in his business. He made casinos and created real estate ventures. Sometimes, Donald Trump surpassed the real estate market. This made a statement in the “high-stakes” game of corporate raiding. Then in 1990 people were curious how much Trump was truly worth. His net worth was estimated to be as much as $3 billion. Forbes magazine were able to conclude that his property was worth about $3.7 billion. Unfortunately for Trump, His debt was worth $3.2 billion, only having a net worth of $0.5 billion. But even if we do a small percentage it's a positive thing. I'd love to be able to help everyone throughout the world. Unfortunately, life doesn't work that way"(3).
“The Gallup Organization reported that 98% of Americans knew who he is, making him quite arguably the most famous business man in America” (1). Trump’s notoriety, not only in the business world, but also as a public figure, allows him to have control over several public affairs: His crowd funding has helped small business, his talent in real estate has been cause for large fluctuations in the industry, and he is widely popular bringing awareness to the business world through his bestselling books and hit tv shows.

Donald Trump, the current President of the United States, is a villain at heart. Due to his lack of empathy, his greed for power, and because President Trump is immoral which are all characteristics of a villain. After the devastating hurricane hit Puerto Rico, Donald Trump tweeted about how Puerto Rico “owed billions of dollars” to “Wall Street banks” which “must be dealt with”(Donald Trump). Exemplifying Trump's lack of empathy, instead of offering his condolences or support, Trump sent out tweets about Puerto Rico’s lack of infrastructure and surplus of debt. Another characteristic of a villain is greed, and Trump is extremely open about it. The President was quoted at a rally in Iowa saying “I like Money. I’m very greedy. I have always
...ould be given away” (Singer, Peter). He did not give enough reasoning in why we should donate and why he is requesting such a large portion of one’s salary. He then goes on and says, “If we value the life of a child more than going to fancy restaurants, the next time we dine out we will know that we could have done something better with our money” (Singer, Peter).
Singer’s argument may have swayed many people to donate their dispensable income to children in need despite the fact that it has many fundamental flaws. He argues that we should give away the majority of our earnings to charity. Since Singer wants the reader to donate such a large amount of money, the readers are given no choice but to contribute nothing whatsoever. His solution is not realistic and does not take into account the long-term financial impact this type of donation contribution system would have on a country’s economy.
First of all, Donald Trump is a businessman-not a politician. He received his degree in Economics/Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance. In 2007, Forbes Magazine reported his annual earnings in entertainment alone to be $32 million. This would have meant a significant pay cut, had he become United States President. Currently, he is the producer and star of “The Apprentice,” which has been on air since 2004 (“The Apprentice”). He holds multiple offices at the Trump Organization, and is also a chairman of Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts, Incorporated (Project Vote Smart). Donald Trump has put his name on products and companies both successful and unsuccessful, including food products, corporations, and a clothing line. Trump once stated that “The stuff that’s been sent over from China falls apart after a year and a half. It’s crap.” Ironically, the majority of his products are manufactured in China (Webley, 8). How can we expect a man to keep in touch with an entire country when he can hardly keep in touch with his own business? Donald Trump has had some other losses in business as well, including a failed airline business and multiple bankruptcies in his casinos, among other lost investments. (Webley, 3).
The American who should be considered the most courageous American is Sgt. Maj. Daniel Joseph Daly. He was 25 years old when he enlisted in the Marine Corps. Originally Daly wanted to fight in the Spanish-American war; although, unfortunately for him, the war had already ended when he enlisted.
Donald Trump is a person well worth admiring for many reasons. He is one of the most successful people in the world. Many people admire him as do many people hate him. While becoming successful most tend to make enemies. “Among them are the world-renowned Fifth Avenue skyscraper, Trump Tower, and the luxury residential buildings, Trump Parc, Trump Palace, Trump Plaza, 610 Park Avenue, The Trump World Tower (the tallest building on the East Side of Manhattan), and Trump Park Avenue.”(Donald J. Trump). This quote just shows exactly how successful he is. These are just some of the things he owns. He owns several more. For instance, one of these towers is much more than how much an average person would make in a lifetime. Trump also owns golf courses, parks, and just about anything you can think of, he probably owns. Now if none of this is appealing to you i don't know what
Donald Trump can be appreciated for his cunning business savvy and an ability to at various times throughout his career, make it big. By co-creating this reality show with Mark Burnett, not only has he capitalized on the public's desire to fantasize about (and for a precious few, compete for) achieving a high-profile, financially lucrative career as a business mogul, he has also brought to the mainstream audience a heated, emotional and stimulating debate about something that we all seem to have an opinion on: what it takes to be a great leader.
...entures. His immense wealth and name recognition is nothing to be forgotten. He will always be THE DONALD.

The decision for success, for Trump, is work hard and be determined and you can achieve your goals. He has shown this hard working mentality as he was a businessman. Although he was called an "unfit" president he still campaigned and won over the votes of many citizens. In the end, Trump won and his determination to succeed brought him to the White House. Second, maybe he 's not as charitable as he claims to be. Third, we don 't know all of his business dealings but we have been told through investigative reporting that he owes about $650 million dollars to Wall Street and foreign banks. Or maybe he does not want the American people, all of you watching tonight…¨ this was a useful tool to make people doubt about Trump honesty and integrity. Bill stated that the reason he is so generous is “Money has no utility to me … its utility is entirely is getting the resources out to the poorest in the world”(Tweedie).
Bill Gates is now helping people in developing countries get water and an education full time. He created what is called the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. “In 2008 he left the company to devote himself full-time to his charity the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation”(Harris 1). He has worked his whole life to get the success and money that he has today and instead of keeping it to himself he has given it back to society in many generous ways. He also is helping developing countries with their needs that aren't accessible to them. “They helped vaccinate African and Asian children against diseases like polio and malaria. And they have been very successful in helping get rid of these diseases for good.”(Harris 1). This foundation helped poorer countries get the medical help they need to get rid of illnesses that should have already been gone by now.
