Define the research problem.
The definition of the problem stage in the research process is a very important one. Without a properly defined problem the research cannot progress. One cannot design a research plan without a very clear idea of what needs to be proficient.
A research problem is a difficulty or a trouble that a researcher experiences during research period. This complexity usually calls for researcher to look for a solution during the study.
Formulating of research
The problem formulation is divided in to four organized activities of situating grounding, diagnosing and resolving a research problem.
These activities can be put in a systematic approach if the problem is useful, clearly structured and so is the predictable solution.
It is very suspect to happen because generally the explanation encounters during research are not reliable with the expected observations.
A lot of observations are irregular with the theory of the researcher/scholar. From time to time it may even happen that the problem being studied deals with an uncertain issue and the expected end r...
Based on the preceding ontological and epistemological assumptions a researcher then makes methodological assumptions. Having decided on exactly what is to be studied the researcher then decides how the research can best be managed thus formulating a plan of action. Considerations include whether the research used should be primary or secondary. Whether one will test an existing hypothesis or whether one will construct a theory after having collated evidence. Finally one can draw conclusions as to which strategy to implement with the ultimate goal of producing the type of knowledge that is required. This then results in the type of method or methods of research to be used.
Problematic because it assumes the possibility of complete information – doubtful as it is possible that some natural impacts are undiscovered or underestimated.
4g. I define a problem as anything emotionally harming, stressful, or confusing to a client. Problem situations to me are defined as a specific situation that is causing a problem. Lastly, problem behaviors are behaviors that occur when a problem arises, for example, fight or flight. People can run from their problems or fight
For everything that occurs, there will somehow be something that caused the action to happen. It is more of a cause and effect ideal or simple a reaction to an action. In terms of research academics, independent and dependent variables are concepts or attributes to certain things that occur such as drug use, crime, or domestic abuse. For example, stress or other personal problems may lead to someone to use drugs. Also, poverty may lead someone to commit crime. In addition, a power controlled individual may cause a partnership to suffer physical or verbal abuse.
A problem can be defined as subject of concern between what is desired and what an actual situation is there, which makes it difficult to achieve a desired goal, purpose. A solution of a problem is an act performed in order to reduce the effects of the current situation and which gives direction to accomplish the goal or objective.

Like any other type of process, there are steps to problem solving. These stages may be broken down into four basic steps with occasional subcategories to specify. Step one being to identify the problem, being able to recognize the problem is the
Before conducting a research study, researchers or students research need to identify a research topic that interest researchers. Then formulating the research topic to a hypothesis, in other words, research question for the research. There are two possible ways of development of research question, including deductive theory construction and inductive theory construction (Babbie, 2013, pp-52-54).
Research methodology is a set of procedures or methods used to conduct research. Research can be defined as the research for knowledge or any investigations and experiments to establish facts.
Research philosophy, refers to the development of knowledge adopted by the researchers in their research (Saunders, Lewis and Thornhill, 2009). In other words, it is the theory that used to direct the researcher for conducting the procedure of research design, research strategy, questionnaire design and sampling (Malhotra, 2009). It is very important to have a clear understanding of the research philosophy so that we could examine the assumptions about the way we view the world, which are contained in the research philosophy we choose, knowing that whether they are appropriate or not (Saunders, Lewis and Thornhill, 2009). According to Saunders, Lewis and Thornhill (2009), three major ways of thinking about research philosophy are examined: ontology, epistemology and axiology. Each of them carries significant differences which will have an impact on the way we consider the research procedures. Ontology, “is concerned with nature of reality”, while epistemology “concerns what constitutes acceptable knowledge in a field of study and axiology “studies judgements about value” (Saunders, Lewis and Thornhill, 2009, p110, p112, p116). This study is intent on creating some “facts” from objective evaluations which are made by the subjects. Therefore, epistemology will be chosen for this study as the way of thinking about the research philosophy.
Research which is also known as the search for knowledge is an art of scientific search for specific information. According to Clifford Woody, the research includes defining and redefining problems, formulating hypothesis and suggested solutions, collecting, organising and evaluating data, making deductions and reaching conclusion and further testing whether the conclusion will fit into formulating hypothesis. Research Methodology is a scientific and systematic way of finding solution to a problem. In this research, researcher has studied various steps for research like problem along with the logic behind them. For this study, researcher must know various research techniques like mean, mode,
The Importance and Appropriateness of Utilizing Different Methodologies for Research. Introduction The process of research entails the logical as well as systematic search for useful data and information with regard to a specific topic (Jha, 2008). It is also comprised of the investigation of the best, most cost effective and appropriate solutions to both social and scientific issues, following an objective and logical analysis. Jha, (2008) defines research as the search for knowledge and the discovery of the truth. During this process, the data can be gathered from a wide pool of sources among them interviews, books, nature among others. The data can then be analyzed with the appropriate data analysis tools, so as to report the findings
Problem-solution organization refers to the process of identifying a problem, analyzing it, coming up with a variety of possible viable solutions and finally choosing the best. Many organizations use either two or three organizational approach in problem solution organization. In two organizational format a problem as well as respective solution is outlined. In three organizational formats the problem, available solutions and the ideal solution are outlined. The problem-solution format is preferable for policy presentations in most organizations.
The major strength of science is that it has uncertainty and skepticism. Science never claims to be hundred percent accurate. There is always some degree of ambiguity and probability in science. The Heisenberg’s uncertainty in quantum mechanics is a good example of this. According to the Heisenberg’s uncertainty, we can never be sure of the position of the quantum particles. There is always a degree of fuzziness in nature and a fundamental limit to what we can understand about these particles and their behavior. We can only calculate the probability of the nature of the particle and ho...
