Every time I step outside my house, I am constantly reminded of the beauty that is the opportunities that are laid at my feet. Recently I’ve had the privilege of seeing and participating in many different worlds such as the populous city of New York, the beautiful and lively city of Boston, I’ve shadowed doctors at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center, but the world I live in has given me the best opportunity that I have taken advantage of: swimming.
My love for water started 12 years ago when I first did the parent-child swimming class with my dad. I was reluctant to get in the water at first, but as I was on his shoulders when we first stepped into the pool, I fell in love with the sensation the …show more content…

I want ensure that all my patients either stay healthy or make a full recovery to health. College will help me achieve my goals through the different skills that I will acquire in my fours of school, and will help me prepare for the rough road that is medical school. I would most likely be taking biology classes to work towards my major in biology or biochemistry. Throughout my life, I have dreamed of going to a 4-year institute and never thought for a second that I wouldn’t go to college. College is the place where you truly find out the kind of person you are, and the type of person that you are likely to become. In my years of high school, I have learned that college or university is the gateway to happiness and will propel you forward, towards success through the power of knowledge and education. Many people don’t realize that the number of years that are in school doesn’t necessarily making you successful; but the amount of education is what makes you successful.
