People derive happiness from a myriad of sources. A particular incident may be of little significance for you, but it can bring an abundant amount of joy and ecstasy for others. It is really difficult to define happiness as different individuals interpret the meaning of happiness differently. Broadly speaking, it is the satisfaction you receive from performing a task that provides you immense peace of mind and impetus in life. True happiness is not derived from favorable circumstances only. It is all about maintaining the same degree of joy even in the face of most adverse conditions. The state of wellbeing is a highly subjective and personal issue.
Whatever may be the condition, an individual can be a lot happier when he or she preaches the message of God or motivates others to satisfy their life objectives. Hence, true happiness lies within you. All you need is to locate your natural abilities and qualities and utilize them for that reason. There are

Never fall a prey to apprehension because it destroys your zeal and motivation. Anything that destroys your motivation can create an obstacle to your contentment and ultimately, goals. Suppose I started this off automatically with a clear definition over what happiness really is. It would result in a highly unlikely answer simply because everyone’s perspective on happiness would be different and could not be accounted to be true for everyone. According to Jane Kenyon’s poem, Simon Critchley’s critique, Douglas Preston’s encounter with the famous religious and political figure Dalai Lama, and Mihaly Csikzentmihalyi’s theory, each hold a different view on what happiness really means and why it is such a concern to people.
Happiness has always been a desirable goal throughout our lives, but each actions we take might just affect the happiness of others. When humans seek happiness, we always seek for things that make us feel alive, or things that brings us the greatest comfort. Our contentment comes with the act of selfishness since we choose to prioritize our happiness above all other. We willingly classify happiness in two different types of meaning, both physical and mental happiness. People ought not be in title to happiness because it is classified in general as a physical desire by many people. Contentment is always known to be a physical satisfaction in life instead of a self-inducing satisfaction for life.
answer. When dealing with others anger it is crucial to put yourself in their shoes. Unless you truly
What is Happiness? Well that’s a question that everyone asks to themselves. Happiness is not something that you can trade; it’s honestly what people find. They want happiness and want to know they will always be happy. But Happiness is like air and water it is a hard emotion to grab on to in one’s hand. How do you know you have happiness? Can you feel it? Does it just happen? These are questions everyone wants a answer to.
Yet, happiness is not a condition, a gift or a talent, though some people appear to have a natural knack for happiness than others. They seem to have no particular reason for being happy except that they are so. Sometimes it may lie in one’s genetic disposition to be happier than others in identical circumstances; they have inherent aptitude for happiness. They are born with it: born happy. It is the genetic factor. But, it is also a skill that can be acquired, practiced into habit. Typically, a man tends to count his misfortunes more than his fortunes. But if he counts his fortunes at the same time with the same sensitivity, he would see that for every misfortune there are so many fortunes, for every pain there are so many pleasures. If he counts it right, he will be very happy. It is a hard arithmetic, but to be master with the math, we need to welcome these blessings and recount ourselves to be happy every day, every time. We need to reconcile, recognize and appreciate what we have (good health) and what we do not have (cancer). The talent of being happy is an understanding. Intelligence starts here. It is not a huge effort; it is possible and achievable. It is some form of
Happiness is when an individual shows joy or pleasure in the activities they partake in. Happiness can come in many different forms. Happiness can change the way an individual performs. For example, happiness in the work place can help improve work place efficiency resulting in greater output. According to the book The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor the three main activities that promote happiness are writing down what we are grateful for each day, “The Zorro Circle” , learning how to deal with success and failure, and having a plan to improve.
Over many years, people have attempted to seek out what happiness truly is and how it can be obtained. It could be described as a feeling, a goal, or a state of mind. The definition of happiness can vary depending on the individual, race; even the religion someone follows can influence what happiness is to them. In Roko Belics documentary Happy, we see many different examples of happiness from people living in diverse parts of the world and what it means to them. Whether it’s a poor father from India transporting passengers on his bicycle making pennies on the dollar, or a successful business man on Wall Street living in New York with a six figure salary, happiness can come to anyone no matter how different their lifestyles are. I agree with
Happiness, a complicated nine letter word. Many have sought to narrow down the definition of happiness, but have found it a difficult task to do. As I started researching the word happiness I found that happiness lies in the eye of the beholder; everyone has their own definition. Influencing the human body mentally, emotionally, and physically happiness has strong attributes; not just on ones’ feelings but on their overall well-being.
The idea of happiness is a craving humans cannot resist. Humans see happiness as the end all be all of life, as the only thing that can fulfill their lives. It seems as if happiness is some magical state of mind that makes everything and due to that, humans come to an understanding; happiness is the one and only goal in life. The flaw with this understanding of happiness is humans do not know what happiness truly is, leaving it up for debate among the entirety of society. The concept of true happiness is simple, ignorance is bliss; for one to be truly happy, they must not comprehend anything, leaving nothing to be interpreted as positive or negative. The idea that being truly happy is the goal in life, then one would live ignorant to the world, leaving nothing to negatively affect oneself. The problem arises when living ignorant becomes a hassle intellectually and socially. Ignorance stunts growth, preventing advancement of the species. This
Happiness is an inner state of well-being and fulfilment, and therefore it has to come from inside. Every individual has his or her own emotions and way of thinking and as a result of this no one can really say what happiness is and what happiness is not. However, universally, happiness is a by-product of a healthy attitude and viewpoint. Happiness exists in everyone whether they choose to acknowledge and believe it or not. It is not rare nor is it something only the elite have: everyone has it but not everyone recognizes it. Contentment is finding a light at the end of every dark tunnel and in order to experience this we must ignore the pessimism surrounding us and remind ourselves that happiness is not a materialistic object but a choice and frame of mind.
Adolescence begins during the early teens and ends at about age 18 however the concept of adolescence continues to evolve and vary across cultures (Hoffnung, et al. 2010, p.364). The period is seen as the pathway years between childhood to adulthood and marked by significant physical growth, puberty sexual maturity and development of critical thinking skills(Sheriff and Sheriff, 2009). Additionally, adolescents also become more independent and less reliant on parents during these years. All these rapid changes present enormous challenges for adolescents, thus making the period one of the most significant stages of the human lifespan.
Happiness is a state of mind. The dictionary definition is "feelings of joy and pleasure mingled together”. A feeling of happiness is more than just an experience of joy or pleasure. It is a state of mind where the individual feels that “life is good”. As Aristotle says, “happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.” I believe that everyone wants to be happy in life. One is abnormal if he prefers to be sad and alone.
Happiness is a feeling that cannot be broken if strong enough, no matter how much sadness or hate is around you. Happiness can come from the smallest thing, for instance, music makes me happy and can easily change my mood, or when I am doing something I love my mood is easily changed. For others it could be whenever you do something well, or right and get recognition for it. It is the easiest feeling to be spread and given out but often neglected and forgotten about which is something we should all be more aware
