Conflict of interest may arise due to allegiance towards your employer or the company that you are working as an employee. But having concern or allegiance towards friend, family, spouse etc. and helps your friend/family though you are faithful to your organization or employee. Conflict of interest may include academic as well as professional conflicts. Academic conflicts involve scholarships or seats in prestigious educational institutions. Professional conflicts may involve financial issues or relationships. Conflict of interest might evolve due to the pressures that can influence the people or the employee. For e.g. the above mentioned pressure may include concern of the employer for this organization to protect the reputation of the organization without any harm or damage with an appropriate measure. The act or the process of revealing or uncovering new or secret information knows enhances the conflict of interest. Most conflict of interest may result in vigilant scenarios where people hold significant importance to their personal agenda. There are many other sources which conflicts interest that are intrinsic to the professional ethics as well.
