Social media bullying is an extended form of traditional bullying, the key difference is social media bullying cases usually involves new technology such as social networking sites and social media apps. Recently, with the increase of users on social media sites and smart phone apps, social media bullying is increasing days by days especially happen among the teenager users today. Social media bullying involve that sending a mean messages or emails, posting mean things about someone on a website, spreading rumours or gossip and posted on social networking sites, and either directly threatening someone online or intimidating someone in a text. There’s no one can help us except for ourselves to make sure that we are free of social media bullying. The first step to prevent social media bullying happen among us is to protect our accounts. Sometimes, even though our best friends can betray the other’s trust or passwords. Don’t share your passwords with anyone else even though your closest friends. Similar to not share out your passwords, don't give anyone the slightest chance to pose as you or to share false information. Besides, if you are traps in social media bullying, you should always remember that your reaction is usually exactly what the bully wants. They may use it against you. Sometimes, the easiest and most effective way to stop social media bullying is to ignore it. Most of the bullies are looking for the reaction of the victim and they find joy from their reaction. You should be calm down and save the evidence by screen shot the conversation or expressions of the bullies and shown to someone who can help you. You should try to talk to someone who are you trust straight away like your parents, siblings, teachers or friends. They may help you escape from the terrified.
